It was my 6 month cleaning. I was very satisfied. I did not get checked by the dr.after my cleaning was done In the past I have always had the doctor check my mouth and check my neck and throat for lumps.... That was the only thing I was disappointed by. . Maybe they only do it yearly now??

This dental office is great! Everyone is so friendly. The office is spotlessly clean and tidy. The front office staff make it easy to check in and out. The dental assistants and dental hygienists are great. Dr Greenstein always explains the procedures in an easy to understand way. And he is so funny. In fact he sometimes does stand up dental comedy at dental conferences! I'm so glad I found VIPcare Dental!

I had an appointment for 9/12/22. I waited 7 months to get in to see them in the first place! They called me last minute, (2 hours before), and canceled, then told me they couldn't fit me in again till May 2023! Totally unacceptable! You cancelled on me not vice versa. This is not a good way to do business and obviously they couldn't care less. I will be finding a different dental office to go to, one that understands customer service.

Had my teeth cleaned today by Jackie, very thorough and gentle cleaning. Very nice atmosphere in the office and the dentist DR Dan Was very nice and professional. I didn't even get anxious about the appointment, like usual.

When I moved here a few months ago, my cap fell off I had to find a dentist that would cement it back on. I called dr. Greenstein and he told me come over in an hour. I was very grateful for that. Seen immediately & on my way. Yesterday I went in to have my x-rays and my exam with dr. Greenstein, hadn't been to the dentist in 2 years because of covid fears. Their office is very clean and I felt at ease there. They took me exactly on time. Dr. Greenstein really puts you in a relaxed state because he knows his stuff, decades of experience, and he has a great sense of humor and a great bedside manner. His assistant was Tione, he was new but also had a great bedside manner. Made me feel at ease too. Their office staff is great, especially Jasmyn, she goes over & above her job description. She is friendly & reassuring. I have high anxiety over dental procedures, like many of you. They answer their phone in a timely manner. Really glad to have found this dental office. UPDATE: still five stars. I had to have a wisdom tooth pulled, my new dentist not VIP does not pull wisdom teeth so I had to find someone that does since our Medicare Plan only covers a dentist to pull a tooth once a year. 3 weeks ago I went to Dr Kenneth Jainandan it was his last day there. But he was so professional and so kind, he put me in a relaxed state. Didn"t feel a thing.The best extraction I ever had and I think I would go to their VIP office in Tampa where this Dr transfered to, if I had to have another one pulled, that's how good he was! After Dr. J pulled my wisdom tooth, I had two episodes of splinters coming through my gums and causing a very painful tongue. It was 6 weeks post and it was 2 weeks apart. I went to doctor greenstein and he did his best removing the splinters. I'm hopeful that no more will come through or he said I will need a oral surgeon. Dr. Greenstein was very friendly and engaging and I appreciate him fitting me in both times as an emergency.

I had an appointment yesterday for a deep cleaning and was very nervous. Jackie quickly put me at ease. She is very professional, courteous and compassionate. She listened to my issues and made things much easier for me. Thanks Jackie for a good experience and I will see you soon for my next appointment, minus the nerves.
