I fell and chipped my two upper front teeth. I called Family Dental based on a few reviews and their close proximity to me. I called at 8:05 am and spoke with Lexi who was sweet and very understanding. I was not a current patient yet they got me in at 3 pm that day!! I was so thankful. At the office April assisted me and she couldn’t have been more helpful and kind. Dr. Lu was also very nice. I would recommend this practice and I’m anxious to see how my next appointment goes with them.Thank you Family Dental!!

Today I was a new patient at family dental in Ocala. It was a very good experience. They are very organized and give you a complete exam. The hygienist was fast and painless. I have only good things to say!! I am happy to find a good dental experience in Ocala!

The office was spotless, I had no wait time. The staff, named Brie, the secretary/ front office, April, the dental hygienist and Dr E. They were all professional, friendly and very accommodating. Dr E resolved my issue my issues within 30 minutes and I left very pleased. I would highly recommend this dental facility.

I never got to have a cleaning or exam. The hygienist picked up in her routine history that I had had a TIA the end of November. She consulted the dentist and it was decided the I should see my cardiologist due to the TIA and the high dosage of blood thinners that I was in. Probably a very good decision. I thank them both.

I’m very happy with Family Dental Ocala. Kristen the dental hygienist is great and I was introduced to the new dentist Dr Lu. She was very professional and explained everything to me. It great when you have a dentist office that is convenient and takes insurance as well.

Kristen is a wonderful hygienist. I also met the new dentist, sorry, I forgot her name. She explained the careplan in detail and answered all my questions. I will miss Dr. Greenstein. He was awesome.
