Dr. East is the best dentist I have ever been to, and I am 74 years old. Her staff is wonderful too. They are all kind, gentle, considerate, professional, on time, and experts in dentistry.

Dentist bought out from retiring dentist...we thought it would be the same instead I would rather No dentist than deal with them....they will not fix a bill they charged us for services we did not ask for...it was only a simple cleaning...they recommend special dentist and do not tell you next time you go for a cleaning they will charge you more because you saw the specialist..and that will be higher from than on...they do not get the info from the specialist...I spent many times going to the office to fix this...each time they were not open during their hours.. Last time office girl was there and insisted we get dental insurance that will pay the extras....and would not listen that they billed my insurance for service higher than a cleaning even before specialist was seen..my husband needed a filling and would take weeks to get an appointment.... Note..becareful on wrong bills...weeks out for things like fillings...looks like they do not work Fri...they skip months for billing...they will be hard core on not correcting problems....days to answer phone calls......and huge on excuses... .then should mention very insistant you get other treatments done.

I have been a new patient for a couple of years. Dr. East and her staff are knowledgeable, friendly and compassionate. Occasionally, you may have a short wait, but that's going to happen when you have clients who appreciate the services, and follow up with their appointments. I have been on a long painful road to finding a great dentist and would HIGHLY recommend anyone to this practice.

I didn't think anyone would measure up to a dental office from my hometown in addition to having had not so pleasant experiences in my past BUT Dr. East and her team really outdid themselves!!! From setting the appointment up, received paperwork prior to complete in its modern form, to walking in the front door and being warmly welcomed and processed for the visit with front of house gentleman (I didn't catch his name), to the technical savvy of Ms. Savannah on X-ray, to Trina aka "Trina Marie" on the hygienist cleaning, Dr. East and her screening and the young lady with the compliment on my way out it felt like being a celebrity with five star treatment! It did make me feel comfortable as if I were visiting family and friends. Keep up the stellar work team and may God bless all of your hands for this outstanding and exemplary service!!! Y'all the best to do it!!

First visit had to wait roughly 30 minutes to get in. It was 9 am, but apparently they were already that far behind. I had a second visit scheduled for 9 am. Receptionist came out and asked my name. After waiting for about 15 minutes, I asked and they said I wasn't on the schedule. I went to previous office for roughly 10 or 15 years but now will be looking for a new dentist.

Visiting the dentists is not my favorite place to go. Dr. East and her staff had a way of making me feel calm and relaxed. I recently had a crown put in and Dr. East did a great job! My smile has been restored to new! I couldn't be any happier.

This is hands down my favorite dentist, I will never go to a different office. Dr East is friendly, calming, knowledgeable, and efficient. The ladies who run the office are welcoming and on top of their game. If you are in search of a new dentist, this is the place to go!

Dr. East and her staff are amazing! I had put finding a new dentist on the back burner during the pandemic, so I was grateful they were able to get me in as a new patient. The staff was very attentive and prompt, I was led to my room shortly after arriving. Dr. East is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and provides patient-centered care. She has a way of making those around her feel comfortable and valued.

I have never met someone that cares so much for her patients as Dr East does. I had a tooth break in half. They had me come right in and made sure I was not in extreme pain or worse. After looking at the tooth we decided to get the pricing for a root canal / crown or just removal of the tooth. WE talked about the 2 options and the pros/cons. I was blown away. You don't always get lucky to find a Dr that will listen to you, give you yur options. No pressure.. Since I was not in extreme pain I decided to wait a couple days while I decided what to do. That night the Dr. called me at home. She wanted to make sure I was OK and to see if I had anymore questions. She answered my questions and a couple days later she fixed the problem. So grateful to have her take this practice over .

I just started at Dr. East's practice in December of 2020. Going to the dentist has always given me a bit of anxiety in the past but my experiences at Positive Family Dental have all been great so far. The staff have all been really nice and helpful from the receptionists to the hygienists. The doctor herself is very thorough and knowledgeable and her work is precise. I can tell she takes a lot care and pride in what she does. She also is very conscientious of how I am feeling and my experience. I like that she gives me options and informs me of new technologies available. I have seen her 4 times now for various things and have confidence in her and her work because of my experiences. That's a good feeling to have in a dentist.

Dr. East and her staff are so kind and friendly. Dr. East is the best dentist I have ever had. She is very gentle. But the best part is how thorough she is and uses updated technology. I had a crown replaced and the tooth color matches perfect. She took time to make sure the fit is perfect. Then showed me a different way to floss so the dental floss don't get stuck between my teeth. She helped me with my anxiety of getting a shot. I highly recommend her for all your dental needs. Thank You Dr. East

I just had my first appointment here and everyone was absolutely wonderful! I was seen promptly. Joy and Dr. East were very nice and professional, did a thorough assessment of my teeth, and came up with a plan to get everything resolved. The front desk staff were very knowledgeable about my insurance coverage, and made sure I had all the information I needed. I definitely recommend this practice!
