I felt like the dentist that was checking on my 18 months old baby, was rushing, he didn't use any dental loupes or light while checking on her teeth. We were told that she had a tooth decay on few of her teeth( from another dental office)and he wasn't able to see it. Now I need to find another place...because i wanted a second opinion ...i think this was unprofessional.

We ask for a female as my son does best woth us women..the dentist Lisa rushed to put a crown on a tooth already prepared woth a permant filling from the endodontist. She was suppose to put on a permanent crown but said we only do temporary crowns. She rushed took max 5 minutes but continued to hurt him making him cry and kept putting on and removing crowns and working about her next patient. She told me he doesnt feel anything this was not true my son doesnt ever cry.So Lisa put on the long big crown. My son told her it cut his tongue and was too big. She said you'll get used to it..the oral surgeon removed a tooth and did his xtay and told me to get that. Rown off asap. The new tooth coming in is blocked by it..ive called and called and they won't even call me back..

Called four days in a row to reschedule my daughters surgery appt and nobody would answer! I left voice mail after voice mail and NOBODY CALLS BACK! Finally today I asked to speak to the supervisor for her to tell me she's only had one message from me(which is a lie I left 4-5 messages) well why didn't you call back?! after this appt I'll be finding my daughter some where else to go. How do expect to schedule anything when they don't pick up the phone or call back??

We've encountered many unprofessional and horrible dentistries in the past. We switches dentistries 4 times and each time was terrible. My daughter had numerous cavities needed to be done, and of course, they numb the area down so there isn't pain. The last doctor approached my 7 year old child by showing her the "big shot" and proceeded to tell her very unnecessary things. My daughter was crying and screaming, she never wanted to go back. However, finding this place was a BIG game changer. This dentistry was amazing, I absolutely loved everything about it. It was clean, polite, and professional. Dr. Doug as well as Mrs. Neisa his assistant had done a fantastic job on my 7 year old daughter. They approached her in a different way. They explained to her what they will be doing in a way that her age will understand and be okay with it and she was absolutely fine with their explanation. She Even give them a THUMBS UP while he was doing her cavities, when he asked her how she was doing! Me and my daughter were extremely pleased, and will be coming here for many more visits. Thank you!!

The staff is always courteous. Dr. Lisa is wonderful and is always very kind and informative. My kids and I love coming to visit this location!

This was a great experience! Everyone was so friendly and patient with my children who were nervous. They were so kind and understanding with my son who has sensory processing and did not push anything. Highly recommend Panhandle Pediatric Dentistry and Dr. LaPointe! The office was very clean too.

This was my toddler's first dentist appointment. I was little nervous about my son's reaction to the first time ever going to the dentist. The staff was kind upon our entrance. The dental assistant was very thorough in explaining what everything was and what was going to happen during the visit. Dr. Lisa was amazing and thorough. The visit was fantastic and quick . When we left I ask my toddler if he wants to go back to the dentist. He says "yes I love the Dentist". He's already excited about going back.

My daughter's first dental checkup at Panhandle Pediatric Dentistry was awesome! Noelle and Dr. Doug took excellent care of her. It was a breeze - in and out with ease! They made her feel comfortable and proud. Clean office and friendly staff. Highly recommend for little ones! Thank y'all again!

If there were more stars to give, I would. I couldn't have asked for a better experience for my daughter, sincerely. They are as lovely and warm as they are knowledgable. The level of care they show for your child as well as the parents involved is heartwarming. I recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much for what you do. You're very much appreciated.

We had a great visit at the SRB location yesterday. We were greeted at the front with a friendly front desk staff. The office was clean and smelled really good. We were called back within just a few minutes by Carson. She was so sweet. She took great care of my 6 year old. And Dr. Lisa was just as great! The whole staff was really. Now we're looking forward to coming back in September;)

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. My husband and I drove all the way from tallahassee to get my 3 year olds dental procedure done since no one on town could get her in earlier. They went above and beyond for us and got us in for a consultation the next day with the procedure to follow the day after. The office staff was amazing and dr. Lapointe was awesome. They didnt have to do everything they did in such short notice for us and not only that they made us our anxieties disappear with their kindness and professionalism. I only wish we lived closer to use them as our daughter's regular dentist. If you live in the area and need a pediatric dentist I can assure thos is the best place to visit. Thank you again to everyone up there for making us feel at home and taking care of us.
