We pride ourselves on running an on-time office, so you wont be kept waiting. At the same time, we schedule plenty of time with every patient so we can answer questions. In fact, one of our goals is to equip our patients with so much knowledge on taking good care of their teeth that they will rarely need us for anything other than examinations and cleanings. Prevention is key, and our practice philosophy reflects this.
Dr. Pilgrim grew up in Verndale, Minnesota. He earned his Biology Bachelors at U of MN - Morris and graduated from U of MN Dental School. He grew up in a small town and was an outstanding athlete in 3 sports: football, basketball and baseball. After obtaining his dental degree, he joined the US Navy and practiced dentistry at the Guam Naval Station and Great Lakes Naval Station.
Marsha has been at Fall Creek Dental since 1985, she started as an assistant then moved to the front desk to manage the practice.Of her 34 years with the practice, Marsha says, I love working with our great caring team. We do a great job educating and caring for patients. I have enjoyed getting to know our patients and watching their families grow up. We are treating third generations of families!
Marsha studied dental assisting at U.S. Navy Dental Tech School. She is a member of the American Association of Dental Office Managers, the Academy of Dental Management Consultants. Marsha was also a certified Dentrix software trainer.
Megan grew up on a dairy farm in Elk Mound. She graduated from CVTC with a degree in Dental Hygiene. She enjoys getting to know her patients and educating her patients on taking care of their teeth and dental health.
Lisa joined our staff in 2020. She brings over 35 years of experience to Fall Creek Dental, 22 yrs in pediatrics as a hygienist. What's important to Lisa is patient education and developing relationships with her patients.
This little friendly office is so upbeat and offers high quality dental care. I have been a patient for 22 years. My kids and grandkids all receive their dental care here as well. Each time I go I for any procedure, everything is well explained. I cant imagine going anywhere else for my dental care. Charlene H.

Hi Tony and Marsha, once again thanks for great dental care and service; for listening to our needs and doing the best to meet them. We will miss you when you finally retire! Lisa did a great job cleaning my teeth especially since it had been 10 months since my last cleaning. I know she had to work hard to scrape every bit of plaque off. She seems knowledgeable and skilled, and very pleasant, making me feel comfortable. The only suggestion I have would be to rinse and suction often while cleaning. She must have been able to see my saliva pooling up and ready to spill over. I did swallow it a few times but don't like swallowing the pieces of plaque, so started to motion to her every couple of minutes. Thanks again!

I have been going to Fall Creek Dental for many years and the make me feel so welcome and comfortable. For years I loathed going to a dentist because of my childhood experiences. However Dr. Tony and Megan make me feel safe and as comfortable as possible. Never any pressure to do more than necessary.

My wife and I were visiting from our of state. She is on the final stages of finishing implants and her plate cracked. The front two teeth came out at Christmas. I know....great song right. I frantically called dentist in the area to help my wife. I found Dr. Tony Pilgram and his practice. His office had her in the chair in less than 2 hours from my first phone call and the doctor had her out of the chair in less than 20 minutes. Chair side manner was exemplary. Would highly recommend to anyone and I have found myself a dentist out here for emergencies. Thanks to Dr Tony Pilgram and his entire staff.
