Meet Dr. Tony Pilgrim

Dr. Tony Pilgrim has been helping patients and changing lives in the area for more than 30 years. Some of his work has included providing dental care as a part of numerous outreach programs in the Eau Claire area for children with no insurance and from low-income families. He has assisted with sealant clinics in Fall Creek, Augusta, and Osseo-Fairchild.

A member of the Wisconsin Dental Association, the American Dental Association, and the International Association for Orthodontics, Dr. Pilgrim is the only Myobrace certified provider in the state.

At Fall Creek Dental, we look forward to providing you with excellent dental care.

We are a small-town dental office with modern, high-tech equipment and an exceptional staff who are ready to make your visit as comfortable as possible. Our office has created the perfect combination of old-fashioned comfort and leading-edge care!

We offer the latest in family dentistry from preventive care to full-service dentistry, including children’s dentistry. We can also provide crowns and bridges, tooth-colored fillings, and root canals.

We also provide teeth whitening and nonextraction orthodontic treatment.

One of the ways we improve patient comfort is to offer the latest in dental technology. We can make earlier diagnoses with our intraoral camera, digital radiographs, and panoramic x-rays, as well as our CariVu™ for detection of dental decay. Rotary endodontics makes root canal treatment easier than ever. Additionally, we use a Velscope for oral cancer screening.

We are also pleased to operate an office that has computers in the treatment areas and keeps digital patient records!
