Dr. Orr did a tooth extraction for me. After the extraction I began bleeding more then normal for some reason. Nothing Dr. Orr did made me bleed that much I guess that's just me. However he and his assistant did a great job doing the extraction and after making sure I was ok before leaving the office. He was very upfront with me after and recommended me go to oral surgery for any other extensions due to my excessive bleeding problem. I am looking forward to going back and working with them to get the remainder of my teeth healthy.

I'll start by saying Dr. Orr had his work cut out for him. I have had a life time of dental problems and because of fear and past horrible experiences I put off going as long as I absolutely could. Needless to say it only made matters worse. Given I didn't have good dental insurance which only added to the problems. ultimately Dr. Orr and his awesome assistant Heather successfully performed 4 root canals on basically deeply sideways roots on teeth so badly gone they like to never got them. Dr. Orr has the best bedside manners of any dentist I have ever seen. He walked me through each thing he was about to do and told me everytime he got a tooth out. I was a challenge to say the least. Heather and I clicked almost automatically, I requested her when I came back for each appt. They did impressions for me and we are awaiting those. However, I wanted to give them a huge shout out! Had Dr. Orr been rude or didn't communicate with me I would of never gone back. He made sure I was comfortable, and had time to breath when I needed it. If you have a fear of the dentist or hesitate to go PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE give Dr Orr a chance! you won't be disappointed!

By far the BEST dentist! Everyone is kind and caring, they truly care about the health of your teeth. A business that goes above and beyond to help a patient is A+ in my book. Thank you Kayla and Dr. Orr for a great visit!

First of all I would like to say that the hygienists employed here are incredibly kind and skilled. That is the only good thing I can say. I have been a patient at this office for 2 years. After my last procedure I was notified by the office manager, over a week after my visit, that they no longer accepted my insurance and that I was responsible for the entirety of the bill. I then contacted my current insurance, which I have had for over a year and they had no record of a dental claim ever being filed from this office. This is incredibly suspicious to me. I was also never allowed to speak to dr Taylor. I decided to just make the payments and go on with my life. I received at least 2 texts a week reminding me that I have a balance due and a few phone calls and a rude text from the office manager. I finally paid this off but would not recommend anyone to them because of their incompetent office staff.

Excellent service. They can usually fit you in if you have an immediate issue. Just going for a normal checkup? They get you in fairly quick for that also. It's nice not to have to wait months to get something done on your teeth. Thanks Dr. Taylor and staff.

It's been 7 years since I have seen a dentist. I have had a broken tooth for about that long. I was really expecting the worst and yes I had to have a couple of teeth pulled. I also have a medical issue and have movements that I can't control. At the office on my first visit the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Taylor was very helpful with my issues but his assistant was so kind and so reassuring that everything was good, I needed that. The only thing that was not optimal was they didn't have gas, gas was a need for me, but I made it ok. I am looking forward to getting the rest of my teeth cleaned in a few weeks. Dr. Taylor pulled 2 teeth, before I knew it it was done. If you need reassuring and a capable dentist please give them a call. Thank you Dr. Tyler.

I cannot brag on these guys enough!! I am terrified of the dentist but had a tooth chip so I called. They got me in quickly and made me feel so calm and comfortable. They pulled my wisdom teeth less than 8 hours ago and I feel very confident in their work and am in as little pain as can be expected! I will be back and thats saying a lot considering my phobia. If you have dental anxiety like myself, go see them! They are very respectful and accommodating!

I was quoted a price of 1590.00 for my lower denture. This morning I was as very disappointed to learn that the final lining which has to be sent away was an additional 360.00. It's like buying a new car and upon picking it up you find out you need to buy the tires at an additional cost.

I was nervous as I entered the waiting area but as soon as I met the sweet gal at the front desk I felt right at ease. So friendly an helpful. When I was called back the nurses are awesome with the concern an care for your dental needs. I felt comfortable an when the Dr. come in he is excellent. He is very caring an is more than ready to help you an you can feel this by his warm friendly smile *even though I seen his eyes* you can tell with his voice how sweet he is. I made the perfect decision to go to mayfield family dentistry. You will to!!!!!!
