Insurance & Payment Options
At Elevation Dentistry, the last thing we want our patients to worry about when it comes to taking care of their dental health is “how am I going to pay for this?”. That’s why we offer a variety of payment options to meet our patient’s needs. We offer dental assurance plans, and we are in-network with a number of dental insurance plans.
We also accept CareCredit (credit cards) as payment.
We offer 10% off for cash paying patients. Discount varies on services rendered.
Meet the Doctors
Elevation dentistry was started in January of 2018 when Dr. Zak Taylor purchased the dental practice of Dr. Steven Farmer. In the summer of 2022, we added Murray native Dr. Stephen Orr. We feel that we have the best team of dentists around and we can now meet any and every patients needs.
