Amber joined our team in October 2015. Amber is happily married; she and her husband Adam have on Fur Baby a miniature schnauzer puppy named Willow. Amber has a passion for Claremont Family Dentistry, and she has a focused dedication to the practice, the employees and the patients. She takes pride in keeping the office running smoothly. Outside of the office, Amber enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going to the beach, reading, hunting and being outdoors.
Callie is from Taylorsville, NC. Prior to working in the dental field, Callie worked at Peoples Drug Store as a pharmacy tech. Callie is our front office coordinator and helps our patients with all dental and insurance needs. She enjoys spending time with her friends and family, and being outdoors.
Amanda Bowman received her Associate in Applied Science of Dental Hygiene degree from Catawba Valley Community College in 2016. She was awarded with the Preventive Dentistry Award for class of 2016. She has been with Claremont Family Dentistry since July 2016. She is married to her husband Jason and a mom to two boys, Dylan and Talan. Some of her hobbies outside of work include hiking, CrossFit, traveling and spending time with her family.
A graduate of CVCC, Alishia graduated with honors among the top of her class and was awarded the Colgate Student Total Achievement Recognition Award. Alishia is happily married, she and her Husband Casey have one Fur Baby a humane society rescue puppy named Rusty. Alishia enjoys spending time with family and friends, Carolina Panthers football games and cheering on the Atlanta Braves. Alishia has been with our practice for over four years and loves helping her patients obtain the smile they have always dreamed of.
Marissa is our office coordinator and cross trained dental assistant. She enjoys interacting with patients on a daily basis and is highly efficient when it comes to her job. She has the ability to juggle many task and enjoys every day at the dental office. In her spare time she spends time with her husband and son, either at a game or hiking.
After graduating from Lake Norman Dental Assisting School in March 2018, Karalee has been a dental assistant for Dr. Gordon since April 2018. Ever since she has been at our office she has brought nothing but smiles to each patient no matter the situation. On her days off she enjoys riding motorcycles and playing outside with her Doberman pincher pups Bolt and Ruby.
My name is Tara, I am a hardworking dental assistant thats loves her job! I have had plans to be in the dental field since freshman year of high school and I currently attend Catawba Valley Community College for Dental hygiene. In my spare time, I enjoy kayaking, crafts, and shopping. I believe that this career choice is heart filling, being I get to see so many smiles!

I have been going to Claremont Family Dentistry for years, now I have the joy of adding my own children. Everyone is so kind and I always feel so comfortable and relaxed.

I've always been scared of getting numbed for teeth work because when I was a kid a doctor had repeatedly attempted to numb me and stuck me about 10 times, I've gotten so much teeth work done over the past 10 months and I feel so comfortable going here the staff is so nice and they're quick at what they do. They've done immaculate work on my teeth and I appreciate it so much.

Claremont Family is a great place for families to come too. The office is very clean the workers are very polite and respectful and make you feel welcomed. The Ferguson Family enjoys the work they perform that is quick and efficient and we appreciate everything they do. Thank You Staff at CFD

I absolutely love this place. I know that is a weird thing to say about a dentist but the people here are awesome. Always seem to be smiles all over the place. Very helpful and go beyond the normal for their patients. Both doctors are great at what they do. Marisa at the front window is a joy to be around. She is always smiling even though she deals with some very rude people. I cannot find the words to do this office justice. You have to check them out for your dental needs. A little out of the way but well worth the extra drive.

I am TERRIFIED of the dentist . I am a nervous wreck everytime I have to go. I went to Claremont Family Dentist Office because the back of my front tooth broke. I had a cavity back there and didn't know it. The Dentist and Staff are amazing! The dentist was so easy and gentle with me and they all really tried to help me to be as comfortable as I could be. I will definitely go back for all my dental needs . I highly recommend them!

I have never been a fan of the dentist, but after my experience with Dr. Gordon, I no longer dread going. This office was helpful and efficient with my predicament, and Dr. Gordon made the visit painless while correcting two issues. Additionally, while other dentists recommended expensive procedures for one tooth, he chose an alternative solution that had more favorable results and saved me hundreds of dollars.

Had my teeth cleaned and cavities filled. No pain or discomfort prior. One of the teeth that was filled began causing me pain the day after. I have headaches and I can't chew on that side of my mouth now. It will cost over $600 to fix. The tooth is apperantly cracked and either; A) Went undetected on x-ray, during the cleaning, and during the process of filling the cavity. Or B) Cracked from drilling on my teeth. I don't have the extra money right now and I physically can't wait until I do have it, so it will have to be extracted. Tldr; Filling a cavity let to pain and the tooth having to be pulled.
