I love Zumbro Valley Endodontics! Who ever says that about a dental office? LOL! I needed a re-do on a root canal done elsewhere. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the kindest, most proficient and wonderful receptionist! (I feel horrible that I forgot her name maybe Diane?) Dr. Regan Anderson and his assistant Jen were excellent from start to finish. Friendly, professional, efficient, detailed, explained everything in easy to understand language, great sense of humor and thoroughly made me feel comfortable. I felt like I was their most important patient. Before I knew it my root canal was done with barely any discomfort and now it's the next day and I feel great. Dr. Anderson is extremely skilled and astute. Thank You for such a positive experience!

I was treated very well. They were honest and open about my options, I didn't feel forced into anything. They also explain to me everything going on which I really appreciated. Not to mention, they certainly seemed to know what they doing:) I highly recommend them!

I had a great experience with Zumbro Valley Endodontics. From the exceedingly patient Wendy at the desk to my dental assistant to Dr. Majerus and Dr. Regan Anderson, I received wonderful care and compassion. I had a not-so-great diagnosis and Dr. Majerus was extremely kind as if she were talking to her own mother or sister. The facilities are A+, especially the 3D CT scanner, which allowed them to nail down the correct diagnosis. The education I received, both from a video and from Dr. Majerus herself, was top notch. I plan to always ask for Zumbro Valley Endodontics should I ever again need an expert opinion about a possible root canal.

They made a dreadful procedure not so bad. It actually went very well. Very friendly, caring, and accommodating staff. This was actually my second time with them and the only one I would go back to.

Just before Labor Day weekend I was experiencing a major tooth ache. Was seen at Mid West Dental in Red Wing , Dr Emily was fantastic. I was set up with an appointment with Zumbro Valley Endodontics. The treatment I received from the time I entered the waiting room was warm and friendly. Wendy was very professional and efficient at her job. Next I met Meghan the Dental Assistant. She was excellent at explaining the Xray procedure and making me feel cared for. Dr. Michael Regan Anderson greeted me, explained what would be happening and answered my many questions. Through out the procedure made sure I was comfortable, checking frequently. When the procedure was done he reviewed my home instructions and made sure that I understood them. Also was emphatic that if I was having problems I should contact him. My experience was fantastic. If there were 10 stars for excellent care I would rate it as a 10, the best.

The employees at Zumbro Valley Endodontics are absolutely fantastic. That includes the receptionist, dental assistants and dentist. They were all so very helpful and kind. I highly recommend them.

AMAZING TEAM!! Dr Michael Reagan Anderson and Jen were absolutely amazing. I cannot express how smoothly the process went. It was a little rushed in the beginning but from a healthcare worker's perspective it's completely understandable. My root canal was done quickly and comfortably. I got it done back in August and I've had no issues so far. They would check on me occasionally to make sure I was comfortable and gave me a heads up if they were about to do something that would usually startle the average person. They're communication and positive attitude was extremely comforting during a unnerving process. Dr Reagan Anderson was very quick and efficient and very informative about my questions and made sure I understood everything about why my tooth died and what he's going to do to fix it. Jen was very patient and also informative about the procedure. She made sure I was comfortable and would check on me frequently. Dr Michael and Jen, thank you so much!!

I am so relieved after my recent root canal. I went in with past dental trauma, and a lot of anxiety. I expressed my fears, and Jen, the dental assistant, and Dr. Regan Anderson were great! They didn't make me feel embarassed for my fears. In fact once I advocated a little for myself, they offered a great weighted blanket, sound canceling headphones, which both were extremely helpful. They made sure the level of nitrous oxide was working, and checked in with me often to make sure I was doing ok. I left feeling relieved, and not afraid if I need to come back in the future for any other procedures. Thank you for the care, and I would definitely reccomnd going to Zumbro Valley Endodontist in the future.
