Dr. William Zugner attended the State University of New York at Geneseo for his undergraduate studies. He then moved west to attend The University of Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. Bill returned to Rochester, NY for his Residency at the University of Rochester through The Genesee Hospital and Rochester General Hospital. He is past president of both The Seventh District Dental Society and The Monroe County Dental Society, as well as a past treasurer of The Monroe Dental Society. Additionally, he was on staff as a Dental Consultant at The St. Johns Home for over 8 years. Bill was also a Dental Consultant for the Maplewood Home in Webster, NY for 7 years. Besides private practice, he is a Clinical Peer Review Consultant for Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield in Rochester, NY since 2014.
Bill has been practicing dentistry for over 25 years, and he lives with his wife, Jill, daughter Molly, and son Liam, in Victor, NY. Bills interests include attending one of the many sporting or music events his kids participate in, working out, running, and mountain biking.
Finally, Bill is a fellow in Pierre Fauchard Academy, an honorary dental service organization. He is also honored to be a Fellow in both The International College of Dentists and The American College of Dentists. Both organizations members have exemplified excellence through outstanding leadership and exceptional contributions to dentistry and society. Recognized in the USA and Internationally.

I was referred by someone I worked with.Omg I can't say enough good things about this place.My son is scared of the dentist and since we been going here he isn't scared anymore and goes by himself. They are all so nice, the office always is clean and sanitize. And the dentist are amazing with the kiddos. My son had a cavity and need it filled. He had never had to get a shot to numb his mouth. He was really nervous but once doctor Pedersen explained everything he was fine he didn't even feel it he said. Not one tear. I so wish I heard about this place sooner.Best dentist office i recommend everyone go here seriously. Thanks for being such a great office,with such a great team .

As always I had a wonderful experience this morning for my routine cleaning! Maggie, my hygienist was outstanding and thorough! Stacey will be seeing my son next time since she was so great with him today!! Molly at the front desk is as knowledgeable and helpful as she is pretty!! The best! Best practice, best staff, best dentist! Always easy to schedule, reschedule, love that they always send tons of reminders. The staff is the nicest and super friendly! Love getting my teeth cleaned and the dentist are the best and always very professional/knowledgeable.

Have been going here since I was a kid and I have never had nothing but excellent experiences here. The staff is friendly and always answers any and all questions I have and they always make me feel very comfortable the entire visit. I swear they update their office and equipment every time I come in, which amazes me. 10/10 for this place!!
