As a community health center this is an excellent facility. Be prepared for a wait time - not a negative, per se; this is just the flip side of affordable care in US so deal with it. Walkin is available 8-9am. Took us till 11:30 to be done. But still, satisfied with quality of care. Same or better care standards as area facilities by Summit Health and Atlantic Healthcare. I'm surprised Zufall isn't better known in underserved communities, including tourist and immigrant communities. They should be. Inexpensive lab services too (offered by LabCorp). Dr Bishop is an excellent family medicine practitioner. 100% focused on the patient and excellent bedside manners. Very respectful for any National origin race etc. . The care team is also amazing. Front desk staff too. Really blown away by the great customer service all thru the organization. We visited for a visiting family member from India and we're price conscious Given limited travel insurance coverage.

The most awful experience of my entire life!! I've been completely traumatized. Doctor Emin/ameen whatever her name is decided that she wasn't going to prescribe me anything after extracting a tooth from me. Went into the system and said that I was on OXYCODONE!!! A PRESCRIPTION THAT I WAS GIVEN MID OCTOBER! And then I had to call around all of morris county to get them to answer their phones. The doctor says well I can't prescribe you anything until I evaluate you YOU WOULDN'T HAVE TO EVALUATE ME IF YOU DID YOUR JOB RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!! I HAVE WORK IN THE MORNING LADY. It's been a long long long day trying to get help. My neck, tongue, face,, my other teeth, And jaw are killing me!!! Then she recommends ibuprofen. If it were as simple as taking ibuprofen I wouldn't be calling you!!! Why would you let me leave WITHOUT ANY PRESCRIPTION???? AM I I HER FIRST PATIENT EVER??? I KNEW THAT I SHOULDN'T HAVE GONE HERE! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, EXTREMELY DISMISSIVE, STAFF. PUT ME ON HOLD FOR 20 MINUTES AND NEVER CAME BACK. I HAD TO CALL ALL AROUND TO GET THEM TO TALK TO ME! IT'S TRUE WHAT THEY SAY. BLACK PEOPLES PAIN IS NEVER EVER TAKEN SERIOUSLY!!! SCREENSHOT AND SHARE. I KNOW I AM.

Nice clean place, great staff. Janci at the front desk is always helpful .Dr .Bishop is great and very knowledgeable.Treats you with care and he takes his time to listen to your concerns He is simply the best.Aiways welcomes you with a smile and he is very caring and professional

I have been going to Zufall in Morristown for a couple of years now with Dr. Perez as my primary doctor and would fully recommend her and the facility as I have had consistently good experiences here. Dr. Perez listens to me and is compassionate and reassuring in her manner, and was quick to get me set up with follow-up referrals and labwork after a recent ER scare. She's been great in person and using tele-health. I look forward to continuing to use Zufall despite moving slightly further away, as it is both affordable for me and good quality care.

WORST PLACE IN THE WHOLE STATE OF NEW JeRSEY!!! YET THEY HELP LOCALS BUT I WILL TELL YOU! DONT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE. AVOID THESE DOCTORS AT ALL COST!!! THIS IS THE 99 CENTS PLACE YOUR IN N OUT. I was referred to this doctors office from my discharge paperwork from morristown medical center on Oct 7th. The paperwork told me to schedule a follow up as soon as possible. I was told that I had to change my pcp in order to even talk to the doctor and they finally scheduled a phone appointment for 5 days later on the 13th. They did not want me coming into the office regardless of the fact that I tested negative for covid and flu.I had a phone appointment with a doctor Douglass bishop as a follow up and was prescribed more medication that I was already taking. I told them exactly where to send my prescription and they told me they couldn't find that place. This is something I have never dealt with before because I have all prescriptions sent to this pharmacy. They asked me what the next town over was and when I told them they said that they found it. I figured it was right because this pharmacy happens to be right on the city line for my town and the town over. I assumed when they told me they found it that it was the right one and I double checked with them. They said it was sent there and it never was. They chose a completely different adress extremely far from where I told them to send it. This is extremely disappointing because my wife had to drive very far to get the prescription because they were not able to change the location they sent it to or to hand my wife a paper copy of the prescription. This office is extremely unorganized and careless. I would never go back to this office again. And on top of everything else when my wife stopped by to pick up my doctors note, it wasn't even signed by a doctor. What kind of place is this to be that unorganized??
