Our practice owner and leader, Dr. Michele Zrallack DMD, formed our team at Zrallack Dental in May 2003. Dr. Zrallack received both her Bachelor of Science degree and her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from The University of Florida in Gainesville Florida. After graduation, she joined a dental group and shortly after left to form her own family practice, Zrallack Dental.
Dr. Slade is originally from the Cocoa Beach, Florida area. He attended the University of Florida, where he graduated with his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology before attending Ohio State University where he graduated with a doctorate from the College of Dentistry.
Dr Slade stays current with the newest research, cutting-edge technology and procedures through continuing education courses and his own personal study. Dr Slade is part of the American Dental Association and Florida Dental Association.
Dr. Slade believes that effective dental treatment begins with effective communication, understanding, and empathy. He seeks to treat his patients as he would be treated, with integrity and respect, because the doctor-patient relationship is the foundation of good healthcare.
