Our practice owner and leader, Dr. Michele Zrallack DMD, formed our team at Zrallack Dental in May 2003. Dr. Zrallack received both her Bachelor of Science degree and her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from The University of Florida in Gainesville Florida. After graduation, she joined a dental group and shortly after left to form her own family practice, Zrallack Dental.
Dr. Slade is originally from the Cocoa Beach, Florida area. He attended the University of Florida, where he graduated with his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology before attending Ohio State University where he graduated with a doctorate from the College of Dentistry.
Dr Slade stays current with the newest research, cutting-edge technology and procedures through continuing education courses and his own personal study. Dr Slade is part of the American Dental Association and Florida Dental Association.
Dr. Slade believes that effective dental treatment begins with effective communication, understanding, and empathy. He seeks to treat his patients as he would be treated, with integrity and respect, because the doctor-patient relationship is the foundation of good healthcare.

Updating my review to say that I continue to return to Zrallack Dental, I can't provide a better review than what I had said a few years ago. Thank you Dr. Z and everyone in your office! -------- I've been going to Zrallack Dental now for nearly 4 years. Dr. Z and her staff all have a gentle touch and do everything they can to make sure you're comfortable; even offering sunglasses so that the overhead light is not too bright. They have also been great with my kids. During their treatments Dr. Z and hygienists have made sure to explain everything that they're doing. I would highly recommend using Zrallack Dental.

On edit, I am changing my5 star review from 2 yrs ago. The last 2 times i have been here were not good & todays visit will be my last. A customer came out from patient area and left while i was in waiting room, a few minutes later she pulled back into lot and came in visibility upset, went to receptionist with a bloody cap in her hand and said, i just had this put on, and it came off, the receptionist indifferently told her to have a seat and someone would see her soon. Between seeing that and the large dead roach laying out on the waiting floor that 2 customers pointed out and was still there after 30 minutes (receptionist said "we know about it, its ok"). See attached photo. I will be looking for a new dentist. Just can't figure out how such a great office could deteriorate to this so quickly. Just left from cleaning and a filling. This dentist office is great! I haven't been to a dentist in 15 years because of a previous bad experience, but I will start having regular checkups again because these people are so accommodating, friendly & professional.

I had an appointment for a cleaning when covid first started. They called and cancelled , they were to call when they opened back up. I waited, never called to schedule my cleaning, found a new dentist.

I previously loved the staff here, 5 stars all the way for them. But when Dr Zrallack gave me a bad-fitting crown, my mouth has not been the same ever since. Even with a root canal.

I LOVE this practice. The staff is compassionate and patient. Dr. Maass is excellent! She is very concerned with her patients' comfort during the procedure. There's just something about her demeanor and skill that is calming as soon as she enters the exam room. (For someone that finds the dentist TERRIFYING, that's saying A LOT.) Dr. Zrallack is an absolute artist! I had a filling by a different dentist that wasn't done very well. He didn't smooth it out very well. I could feel the divots he left behind. Dr. Zrallack fixed his work when she was repairing an adjacent tooth. Her work with color matching and sculpting dental repairs is SUPERB!

Great office with great people!!!! It's nice to find a dentist who cares about you and makes sure things are taken care of!!! From the moment I walk and and walk out I feel like a real person who they care about! The front desk always makes sure my appointment is accurate and has the correct treatment plan and estimated cost from my insurance company.

Everytime I come into this office I am greeted promptly. The hygienist I have and staff is always great to conversate with. I highly recommend Zrallack Dental.
