I will have to change my review. I have been visiting this dental office for a couple of years now, unfortunately it seems they have a staffing issue in the front desk. The doctor is great but the dental assistants are something else. They have have bad attitudes I went to get my teeth cleaned and payed cash, yet they made it seem like if I was crazy for going to their location to get my dental cleaning.As they were taking my x rays they were saying how they prefer to go to Mexico and get their teeth cleaned and wondered why I was there. Compared to a couple years back they were amazing now they have no customer service.

front office was nice but the dental assistant didn't even ask if i was pregnant while taking my x-rays then they were so weird they didn't make conversation it was so awkward.

Front desk lady has no idea about insurance coverage from blue cross blue shield. I was able to get my insurance verified and then my wife called to get an appointment and again they couldn't verify the same insurance. If you have blue cross blue shield don't bother calling these guys. It will be a head ache and a hassle. When I I was able to get service after several calls to my insurance and then the business. It was great dental work. Update: Called months later to get a second opinion for my kids and they were able to verify my insurance with no problems this time. My wife and kids were happy with the service.

If I could give negative 5 stars I would. I called to make an appointment and they said they needed to verify my insurance first. The lady was super rude and rushed me off the phone. I had already called my insurance and they were on the list but ok. I got a call back 5 days later saying they aren't able to verify my insurance. The lady didn't take the info down right. Not to mention they were super rude to my husband when he made an appointment and they lost the copy of his insurance card that they made. That's secure information! How could they lose it? Where did it go? Do not go here!
