Wife, daughter, and I have been coming here for years. Friendly staff and great doctor. Always courteous and constantly making sure we are okay during any procedure done. Service is done quick and there is not much wait time. After Covid, they make you feel safe and we continue to go because the necessary precautions are take by them. Highly recommend!

Maybe do your pre screening before patient arrives so they don't have to wait in valley heat? Maybe answer door when someone is knocking( as your instructions you have posted)? Maybe let someone get a word in when calling them back ? As per zoo dentals response, Of course I understand safety. WHY NOT call the patient 30 min before appointment and ask the same questions you already had? having small children in the heat is not ideal to check their teeth! it does not take to much common sense to think about patients health and safety when you have them waiting in the heat.

Just recently moved to Mission, Texas. Had a great experience here at Zoo Dental. Got appointment same day. The doctor is very nice and very professional. Zoo Dental attended my son with kindness and respect. All the staff here are awesome and very friendly. Thanks for this great experience that my son had.

Been here three times and the wait time is very short staff is very professional and patient my child had a procedure done they will work with you and are flexible with their schedule they scheduled for a weekend which is a plus the dr is beyond helpful they answer all your questions and concerns I honestly have nothing negative to say

Such a wonderful place!! The staff is really nice and the doctor is fast and helps the kids be at ease. Also it's open on Saturdays which is really convenient for me because of my busy schedule. Walk-ins are welcomed so whenever I have an emergency or something that I'm concerned with anything they answer my questions and see my baby right away! (:

Zoo Dental has been my daughters dental office for about 6 years now. She loves it!!! I highly recommend this dental office to anyone who is in search of a Great!! Dentist...The Staff and Dentist are fast, efficient, and very helpful. I am able to be with my child through the whole appointment which is great. What I love the most is that the wait time is very short. :)
