Kids love having fun. They seem to have a magical ability to turn the most mundane experiences into adventure. At Zoo Crew, we celebrate that. Our offices are full of bright colors and imaginative illustrations. We use recognized child-friendly dental terminology (like sugar bugs for cavities) and we love nothing more than making a child smile. That goes for the entire team, not just the doctors.

Dental visits can be stressful for both children and parents, but they shouldnt have to be. For you, the parent, weve provided a wealth of online information and even forms, so you can come to the office prepared. With your forms prepared ahead, you wont have to wait; with your basic questions answered through our FAQs, youll be prepared to ask our doctors for the important details.

While efficiency is important to running a good office, we believe that your experience shouldnt suffer because of it. So we designed our office space and process to easily accommodate parents and patients.

We also offer sedation as a way of making visits as easy as possible. For anxious children or young patients, some necessary treatments may be an ordeal. Sedation, administered by our certified doctors, is an effective way of keeping your child safe and calm throughout treatment.

The Tooth Fairy tells engaging stories about teeth and leads children through a question and answer time, slipping in health facts and dental education with silliness and laughter. She also takes questions, which often revolve around why shes not tiny, whether or not she flies, and if shes real.

The Tooth Fairy also brings gifts for children, usually books, bags, and/or toothbrushes, as well as fun dental education stickers, magnets, and pamphlets. The gifts help children remember her lessons longer and also provide useful supplies that some children may not have access to.

The Tooth Fairys fun, natural personality makes dental education fun and memorable. Moms even find her answers helpful too! And we relish the opportunity to make children laugh and give them some positive memories about dental care. The Tooth Fairy program really is one of our favorite activities.

Lebanon location- Front desk didn't prep us for the appropriate procedure. After the office rescheduled the appointment the day before it was to take place, they confirmed no food for two hours. I asked about four times to confirm that because the prior procedure was npo for six hours. She reassured it was two hours. We got there and it should have been no food for six hours. They then rescheduled us for two days before Christmas. We were able to change the appointment to the Mt Juliet location for a sooner date, but we were highly disappointed in this experience. The previous experience with Dr. Alex was great, though. Edited to add: this issue was resolved promptly and with care. I truly do love this practice. Dr. Alex is the best and everyone makes mistakes.

Dr. Alex was absolutely fantastic with my 5 year old. She had to have caps done and was aprehensive of the whole dental process after a bad experience at Snodgrass. Dr. Alex was kind, patient, calm and very attentive to what my daughter needed to be comfortable with the whole process. She had such a good experience I recommend this office to anyone with dental needs just because of Dr. Alex!!!
