Okay .. I meant to write a review months ago but just ran into it. The stuff was nice but Dr. K is has no respect! I can't even believe he has a license in dentistry. I would never go there again and this is my advice to you.

If I can give this place zero stars I would. I went for a crown fitting back in 08/2-2022 and I was told my crown would be in two weeks after we are now in 09/23 and my crown is STILL not in and I haven't received one phone call as of why it's taking so long I have had to call. I call again 09/23 and they are telling me my crown won't be in until 10/12!! This office has zero communication with their clients and it's just so frustrating. If you can go somewhere trust me don't go here!

I went there today at 9am, I had bought a cleaning on groupon and schedule on the groupon site, I got a confirmation via email. Drove there at 9am, and the office was closed and no one answered the phone. Hopefuly they are doing well and wasnt an emergency.

I went for a standard cleaning and x-rays. They didn't scale my teeth, and the hygienists toothbrush was broken so she just rubbed toothpaste on my teeth and called it a day. Didn't even polish them. She also didn't floss my permanent retainer. Didn't bother to floss all my teeth. I brought it up to both the dentist and hygienist that my teeth weren't even cleaned or scaled and they told me I didn't need it. First time here but I go to the dentist every 6 months and have never had them refuse to scale and polish my teeth, as that's what you go to the dentist for. All the other dentists I've gone to show me the X-rays and go over them with you. They did not. My appointment was for 4 pm, but they called me at 2 pm asking me to go in right then because the dentist had something come up. Obviously they were just in a hurry and didn't want to take the time to provide a proper cleaning. Don't go here, they don't even provide the service you're paying for. I had to tell them not to bill my insurance because I didn't receive services. I called my insurance to report the incident to them and they told me they have received formal complaints about them before. Beware if you're considering using this dentist.

Went for a teeth cleaning and the staff were very kind. Addy was professional and very helpful. The cleaning was done thoroughly and I am very satisfied.
