Lanna joined our practice as our Practice Administrator/Business Manager in the Summer of 2016. She started her career in Dentistry in 2013 as well as a degree in Business Administration with a focus in Public Health Management. From that time on she has dedicated her time and career to becoming a knowledgeable and reliable leader to her team. She currently stands behind the scenes of the operations between both of our practices alongside our Dentists and Owners. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, especially to a tropical place, and spending time with her family and friends.
Yohanna grew up in Lowell, but shes originally from Brazil. She received her degree from Middlesex community College in 2017 and joined our practice 2 years ago in 2019. When she is not here assisting our patients, she enjoys spending time with her two children Renan and Daniela and her lovely husband Ronald. They love to travel and go to the beach.
Myllena, originally from Brazil, has been living in the New England area for the past 15 years. Before joining the Nashua and Lowell DOCS Team, she worked for the past 10 years in customer service and relations. Myllena has a strong background in graphic design, video creation and marketing which made her a perfect fit for our team. In her spare time she can be found traveling the world with her husband and spending time with family. As the Marketing manager, she manages all aspects of our print, digital marketing and customer relations.
Annie has been with NDOC for 18 years. After many years working chairside as an assistant, she moved to the front desk. When she isnt here answering phones and filing insurance claims, she spends her time spoiling her grandchildren and her 4 dogs.
Joni is celebrating 20 year with our office! originally from the Chicago area; she graduated from southern Illinois University. Joni especially values our teams approach to making each dental visit an informative and positive experience for both the patient and caregiver.
Joni is blessed with two adult children and a wonderful partner Tom. They enjoy home improvements projects, gardening and visiting family and friends across the united states as well as exploring new destinations.
Jenny joins us as a recent graduate from Middlesex Community College. With less than a year experience. Youll find that Jenny is compassionate, able to put her patients at ease, and ensures a positive dental experience. She loves her career as a dental hygienist and considers all patients family. When she is not working you will find her caring for her two boys, and spending quality time with her family.
Stephania earned her Associate degree in dental hygiene from Middlesex community college in 2019. She has been in the dental field since 2011 as a dental assistant. What she loves most about her career is helping others feel comfortable and at ease in the dental environment. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys traveling and exploring the great outdoors.
Jen has been a certified Dental Assistant with us, and in our Lowell office, since graduating from the Dental Assisting program at Middlesex Community College in 2017. Spending her days with kids isnt new to her. Before becoming an assistant, she was a nanny for 20 yrs! Her goal is to make every child feel comfortable, safe, and have a happy, positive experience. She is also a mom of 2 adult children who also work between the two offices.
Dr. Joe Becht believes that visiting the dentist should be fun. He grew up on Long Island, New York, looking forward to visits with his own wonderful family dentist. Treating children was the most enjoyable part of dental school, so it was a natural progression for him to pursue specialty training in pediatric dentistry. Dr. Joe loves to create a joyful, fun and safe environment for children and their families so they can develop into adults who are excited and motivated to take care of their smile. He feels so grateful to be a part of the amazing NDOC team.
Dr. Joe graduated cum laude from the Harvard School of Dental Medicine. While at Harvard, he participated in the mentoring program at Judge Baker Childrens Center in Boston. He then served as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy Dental Corps and completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) program. In the Navy he served as the dental officer for a Seabee battalion deployed to Spain and the Middle East in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Dr. Joe completed his pediatric specialty training at Cohen Childrens Medical Center in New York. Cohen Childrens is consistently ranked among the nations top childrens hospitals. He is a board certified Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (FAAPD). The FAAPD program rewards and encourages participation in organized dentistry, scholarly activity and community involvement. Dr. Joe has been on staff at Lowell General Hospital for over 10 years. He was awarded the Richard C. Pugh Achievement Award by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.
In his spare time, Dr. Joe can be found spending time outdoors with his wife and three daughters. He enjoys volunteering at their schools and coaching his daughters youth soccer team. When not on a sports field with his kids, he is often shuttling his girls to and from their dance classes. He loves to garden in the summer and watch the Patriots with his family in the winter.
Whether its coaching baseball and soccer in his town, helping his own three children with their math, or teaching his patients how to properly hold a toothbrush, Dr. Watman is passionate about helping children. He has been a pediatric dentist in private practice in Nashua and Lowell since 1988. He is skilled in providing care to children with special needs, and is trained in sedation and hospital dentistry. He has been on staff at Lowell General Hospital for over 20 years.
Growing up in a suburb of New York City, Dr. Watman attended Georgetown University School of Dentistry in Washington, D.C. He completed pediatric dentistry specialty training at Brookdale Hospital in Brooklyn, N.Y.
