Initially we were recommended by Dr. Zinnia's husband since he has been our three children's pediatrician since birth. We absolutely love and adore him so we thought for sure his wife and her practice would be just as amazing. WRONG. Front staff is horrible, rude, incompetent and just lousy. They wanted to put my then 5 year old under.. umm no thanks. To many other problems to include but I'm sure you get the picture. Baby teeth will fallout eventually. Got billed for some bogus work?? Currently looking for a new Pediatric dentist.

My children are away in college; this review is long overdue. I apologize to anyone for not informing you sooner. I brought both of my children to Dr Zinnia for at least 5 years. The staff was always nice. My children got a lot of cavities, that had to be filled. I was surprised, both my husband and I had good teeth, I'd never had 1 cavity. When my children entered high school they started using our Family dentist. He saw at least 3 filling on "baby" teeth that actually had no cavity. I was shocked. The family dentist told me it was a common occurrence w pediatric dentistry. You tell mom their child has a cavity on a baby tooth, no harm no foul. It will fall out and adult tooth grows in. The problem is you are paying for a service that doesn't have to be done, as well as traumatizing young children getting their teeth drilled. I suggest caution if you continue w practice and even get second opinion. I wish you luck

MISLEADING> Before I made an appointment front desk confirmed with the dentist that they can treat my 2 year old daughter without x-rays. They assured me that they don't do x-rays to children under the age of 4. But when we came they told us they will not treat my child without x-rays.

Liked her as a kid, but I've had to have wayyyyy too much of her work redone as an adult.

Super nice woman. I always loved seeing her. What I don't like is that I just went to a new dentist and found out a quite few of my porcelain fillings are uneven and botched, causing bacteria to get under them and irritate my teeth. Now I have to get them redone. The new dentist was also shocked when I told them about a silver crown I had put in that exploded in my mouth from just eating normal food. I had my cavity exposed for a few days with the sharp metal edges cutting the inside of my mouth until Zinnia could see me again. Granted, this happened a while ago, but I have to wonder how many of my fillings were subpar and how much money my parents wasted on subpar fillings.
