Dr. Siri Ziese, DDS has been providing dental care to the families of El Dorado County and beyond for over 10 years and enjoys being her communitys local dentist. Dr. Ziese grew-up in the town of Grizzly Flats, just outside of Placerville, California. She fondly remembers attending Pioneer Elementary School, Middle Creek Middle School, and El Dorado High School. She spent much of her childhood living a simple life near the El Dorado National Forest, as well as strolling down Main Street, Placerville where she enjoyed the occasional ice cream and local movie. During high school, Dr. Ziese excelled at her studies, advanced in track and field, and participated in the local ROP dental assisting program where she quickly gravitated towards a career in dentistry. She also served as a dental assistant for a local dentist who he helped nurture Dr. Zieses passion for dentistry.

Following high school, Dr. Ziese attended Pacific Union College in the Napa Valley where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry. She graduated Magna Cum Laude and was quickly accepted into Loma Linda Universitys School of Dentistry. While attending college she met her future husband, Josh Ziese, who now works for the California State Water Board. Dr. Ziese enjoyed dental school and excelled in her professional training. However, if Dr. Ziese wasnt in class or studying, then she was at Disneyland or the Santa Monica beach with Josh.

Dr. Ziese graduated from Loma Linda University in 2007 with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Immediately following her graduation from dental school, Dr. Ziese married her college sweetheart, Josh Ziese, and both backpacked through Europe for 2 months as their honeymoon. Both Dr. Ziese and her husband have a tremendous love for travel and Dr. Ziese especially enjoys new and creative foods. Following their honeymoon, Dr. Ziese and her husband returned to the Placerville area where Dr. Ziese began her career as an associate dentist at a local dental clinic.

Over the course of the next 10 years, Dr. Ziese would provide dental care to a variety of patients and begin her own family with the birth of her 2 kids. During this time, Dr. Ziese was also awarded the Student Loan Repayment Grant from the California Dental Association for providing much needed dental care to disadvantaged communities. For Dr. Ziese, dentistry has always been a means of raising peoples spirits by restoring their smiles.

In 2018, Dr. Ziese purchased an existing dental practice that had been serving Placerville and the surrounding communities for over 8 years and renamed it Ziese Family Dentistry. Through her own clinic, Dr. Ziese is further emboldened to provide quality and compassionate dental care to the families of El Dorado County. However, when shes not working, Dr. Ziese continues to raise her kids with her husband Josh while also enjoying hiking, running, cooking, reading and the occasional trip to Disneyland.

Dr. Siri Ziese, DDS is the owner and general dentist at Ziese Family Dentistry. Dr. Ziese has been in the dental field for almost 20 years and has been practicing dentistry since 2007. Shes a graduate of Loma Linda Universitys School of Dentistry where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery.

Yulisa has been in the dental field for 5 years serving as both a dental assistant and currently the front desk receptionist at Ziese Family Dentistry. Shes a graduate of the local ROP dental assisting program and enjoys interacting with patients on a daily basis. She also enjoys helping patients feel comfortable. When shes not working, Yulisa enjoys walks at the park with her daughter and trips to the beach.

Amparo has been in the dental field for over 14 years and currently serves as a registered dental assistant at Ziese Family dentistry. Shes a graduate of the local ROP dental assisting program and enjoys talking with patients while helping with their smile. When shes not working, Amparo enjoys hiking with her daughters and spending time with her grandson.

Tiana has been in the dental field for 11 years, first as a dental assistant and then as a registered dental hygienist starting in 2011. She is a graduate of Sacramento City College and enjoys educating patients about the importance of their oral health. When shes not working, Tiana enjoys camping, boating, hiking and spending time with her family.

Angie has been in the dental field for over 7 years and currently serves as a registered dental hygienist at Ziese Family Dentistry. She has an associate degree in dental hygiene and loves building relationships with her patient while also helping them feel more confident with their smile. When shes not working, Angie enjoys hiking, exercising and hanging out with her dog, friends, and family.

Daniela has been in the dental field for over a year, she enjoys helping patients improve their smiles and answering their questions. When not in the office, Daniela enjoys outdoor sports such as hiking, swimming and kayaking. She also enjoys watching her 5 year old son play baseball.
