I do not do this often but in this case I felt I needed to! I have anxiety mixed with trauma from bad past experiences with dentists and doctors combined. Let me tell you how these were the KINDEST people to me. Between the receptionist, to the hygienist, to the assistant all the way to the dentist himself. I had a cleaning, a deep cleaning and two wisdom teeth pulled using the shots, no sedation. I had the kindest hands all the way through. It really was a nice experience and I'm on day two of getting them pulled, and I have no pain. At all, I even went to work. Please please keep being great and keep good people do not go downhill like most offices do. I will be going here forever. Thankyou.

Excellent experience..Was up two nights with agonizing toothache..They were able to get me in the office on the same day and extract my tooth.. Entire office was amazing, highly recommend.

I have finally found my dental home! I am so terrified of dental procedures, I have left and never returned to so many dental offices after the initial exam! But not here...everyone made me feel so calm with their comforting words, their sincere understanding of how I felt. I knew I chose well with the very first phone call that Alexis answered...she has the most pleasant voice and demeanor, she was kind and comforting as I was explaining my fears...she never made me feel rushed to get off of the phone. The office is bright and clean. Lex! Let me say Thank you! She is a 25 on a scale of 1-10. She took my x-rays and that was not easy due to one problem tooth. She was so compassionate, her words, so soothing. Miguel, hygienist, also very kind, funny, warm, informative and comforting. Dr. Ali, I place all confidence in, thoroughly explained, offered options, recommendations and truly cared. Tara was so kind and helpful during the checking out process...very knowledgeable assisting me to navigate through the insurance/payment process...I just want to say Thank you to all!

Everyone at Zephyrhills Dental was friendly. Dr. Ali was cool and collected, and Miguel was quite a bro in giving tips and pointers for maintaining good dental hygiene. Would recommend.

Hygienist is wonderful. Sorry to see her leave. She did a fantastic job cleaning. Shes a doll! I was hit with an unexpected bill. They're billing me. New office manager has a huge mess to clean up apparently. Old office manager did not inform me there would be a payment due today. I am anxious going to the dentist as it is, getting hit with an unexpected bill threw me off for most of my day. I hope the new office manager has professional communication skills. Im due back in February, I hope the kinks are worked out billing wise. If not, I'll go elsewhere.

I left having complete confidence in the care that I received and will be receiving. Everyone in the office is very nice without being condescending. No one enjoys having dental work done but they make it easier to deal with.

I had to get all of my wisdom teeth extracted and I was TERRIFIED! Dr. Ali practically held my hand the entire way (not literally lol) making sure the process was a smooth as possible and was constantly asking me if I was okay or needed a break. He explained everything in great detail and made sure I knew what was going on. His assistant was so sweet too! I also have to brag on the hygienist, Zara. After how well my wisdom teeth went, I went back for more work to get done. She was amazing and so kind. This has been by far the BEST experience I've had with dental. Needless to say, I'm pretty sure I just found my new dentist for life!

I came to Dr. Ali as an 11yr sober recovering addict who was scared and upset that i was going to lose my smile due to my dental issues. After seeing 3 other dentists and getting 3 other very disappointing and expensive treatment plans offered to me (None of which were obtainable due to the cost). He listened to my concerns and came up with a treatment plan that suited my budget and fixed my problems. I can't say enough how grateful i am for this man and his staff! They are amazing! I highly recommend them! And to anyone who's scared to see the dentist for fear of the unknown or due to cost issues like i was.... don't be... because they try their hardest to work with you and they'll treat you with dignity and respect throughout the entire process.
