Lior Neuman, DDS, is a general and cosmetic dentist at Zenith Dental Arts in the Park Slope neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York. He has a passion for giving patients the smiles of their dreams while taking the time to educate them throughout their care. With memberships in the American Dental Association, the American Student Dental Association, the New York State Academy of General Dentistry, The New York State Dental Association, the Second District Dental Society, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, he stays ahead of the curve with new and innovative dental technologies and research.
For his undergraduate education, Dr. Neuman attended the City University of New York, Brooklyn College. There, he earned his bachelors degree in chemistry. He stayed in New York City to attend New York University College of Dentistry where he graduated with honors in aesthetic dentistry. After graduating, he completed a one-year residency in general practice at Woodhull Medical Center and a two-year training fellowship in surgical placement and implant restoration.

Dr. Emily Garfinkel is a General and Cosmetic Dentist who is committed to providing exceptional, compassionate care for her patients. A lifelong artist, Dr. Garfinkel strives to integrate the scientific principles of dentistry with beauty and function so that you can look and feel your best.
Dr. Garfinkel graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelors Degree in Biological Anthropology, solidifying her desire to become a doctor who incorporates humanism and empathy into how she practices dental medicine. She then earned her Doctorate in Dental Surgery from Columbia University and completed a General Practice Residency through Northwell Health at North Shore/LIJ Hospital on Long Island. She was selected to be Chief Resident while also completing a two year fellowship in Implants and Advanced Prosthodontics. Throughout her time working in private practice, she also continues to further her education in order to stay up to date with the most current dental techniques.

Dr. Neuman is hands down the best dentist I've ever been to. I tell all my friends and fam to go to him (so far, many have!) and we have all had an excellent experience. I actually look forward to going to the dentist now which is quite odd. He is kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. I most recently went to him for whitening and was so nervous (I have sensitive teeth) but it was completely painless! 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the area (or honestly, he's worth traveling to Park Slope for).

Had a tooth whitening session with Dr. Lior Neuman last week and I am so pleased. In less than 90 minutes Dr.Neuman removed years of stains and made my smile pearly white. The procedure was quick and painless and everything was explained to me beforehand. I've been getting so many compliments on my white teeth lately, even from strangers. I highly recommend Dr. Neuman and Zenith Dental Arts.

I had a great visit yesterday, I went for a second opinion on a procedure. Nursing staff were very nice and Dr Neuman had great bedside manner and gave me a thorough explanation. I couldn't ask for a better visit.

The best dentist I've ever had. Dr. Neuman has that rare combination that makes him a superb dentist - he really cares and does everything to minimize patient discomfort as well as uses the latest technology that allows him to achieve this. Even the very first injection of local anesthetic was completely painless - something I'd never experienced in decades of going to other doctors. And the latest tech, like being able to take a map of all teeth with a 3d scanner that sends the map directly to the lab for 3d printing. Basically visiting this office is like going to the future. Highly recommended!

This is the best dentist I've been to in my life. The experience is truly elevated. The office is spotlessly clean, everyone one is wonderful and good at their job. They gave me a tiny chap stick at the beginning of my last visit because it was winter. Down to the smallest detail, this dentist is wonderful.

Both of my visits have been perfect. Dr. Neuman and his support staff are all amazing and easy to talk to. Everyone is pleasant and they are also very thorough and professional. My partner also had a great experience here and after a friend was raving about her dentist we laughed when we realized it was also Dr. Neuman. I'm moving out of state but plan to return for my checkups. I can't imagine finding an office as good as this one elsewhere.

Dr. Neuman (no relation) is a thorough and gentle dentist. He has taken the time to review all aspects of my past and future dental needs. A previous dentist recommended removing a filling and possibly replacing it with a full crown. After repeat visits over the last 12-18 months this has proven unnecessary. I appreciate that Dr. Neuman has taken the time to review what was needed vs. what may be recommended and possibly unnecessarily replacing a tooth in the end. I have also never had a dentist perform a soft tissue exam to look for signs of any mouth cancer and this extra step is another sign of Dr. Neuman's care and attention to detail. I recommend this dentist office to anyone in the area.
