Dr. Ehondor has a wonderful bedside manner. He is pleasant and very good with extractions. I always have anxiety when I go to the dentist. He has a calming tone that puts me at ease right away. The staff at Zena are pleasant and I've never experienced a bad vibe or attitude. I'm glad he's our family dentist.

I've witnessed top of the line dental work there. My son's teeth were in bad shape before his dental visits. I love the transformation, energy, patience and customer service of the staff.

10/10 would recommend. Great service, it's very quick to get in and I have never waited long to be seen. The employees are incredibly nice, the office is clean, and every time I have gone I have had great dental work done.

This was the best experience I have ever received from a dental office. I went with my father who was always scared of going to the dentist, we were received professionally and everything went perfect. For my dad to say he will like to go back there I was really amazed. Thanks you guys for all the good work. From the front desk to the Doctors. We appreciate you all .

I've taken my family here for about 2 years. At first it was a good dental office to go to. My husband took my children to their dentist appointment on Wednesday and they were their for two hours. The appointments for three children were for 9:00, 9:30 and 10:00. My husband didn't leave until 11:15. The dentist overbooks and I'm not happy about that. This isn't the first time. If I made an appointment it shouldn't take an hour and half to be seen. I've decided to find another dentist for my family. I have tried to give him a chance and he keeps overbooking.

I've been with Dr.Ehonder for a year now. I haven't had any major dental work done outside of check-ups and cleanings. He had suggested each time the removal of my wisdom teeth. I refused each time because I felt no urgency. Not to mention being told by his other patients of their bad experiences with him pulling their teeth, reinforced my initial decision. I always thought his bedside manner, and the Christian atmosphere of his office was pleasant. Which is why I never felt the need to look for another dentist office. I figured the other patients must have been exaggerating a tad bit, until my wisdom tooth became infected and it was urgent for me to get my teeth pulled. Of course Dr.Ehondor was more than happy to get me scheduled in to remove the 3 wisdom teeth I had left. On the day of my surgery, the first red flag occurred when I was sitting in the waiting area. I heard an elderly woman screaming from the back. If my tooth wasn't decayed and giving me so many problems, I would have left. But that didn't appear to be an option. When I was called to the back, I noticed Dr. Ehondor to be rushing. As I was escorted down the hallway, I heard him say that he needed to get finished up with me quickly so he could go home. That was red flag number 2, and again it made me feel even more unsure about moving forward with the procedure. At this point I was very uncomfortable as his dental assistant took me to the room that he would be performing the procedure in. I was left in there by myself until he came back in there alone. He began numbing my mouth by giving me shots in my gums with no assistance. The first problem he ran into was when he gave me a shot in the roof of my mouth in which it affected my vision and my breathing. For five minutes I couldn't see and felt like I couldn't swallow. I screamed and refused to go any further until my husband was brought into the room. After my husband left the room, Dr Ehondor began working on the abscess tooth for what seemed to be a very long time. Drilling, digging, sawing, pulling, even chipping away at my mouth. The entire time I'm groaning, moaning, and finally yelling. Dr. Ehondor's words to me were, "Your not in any pain because I numbed you, you only feel pressure." I couldn't respond back because my mouth was propped open so wide. I felt as though I would pass out due to the excruciating pain in my mouth and the headache that was a result of it. He then called in his assistance. He used every known tool repeatedly until the tooth finally came out. I desperately tried to tell him not to continue by hand signals and flailing my arms back in fourth. But he quickly maneuvered around my arms and was working on the tooth above the one he just pulled. At this point I made up my mind that if I had to run out once he was finished with second tooth that was what I was going to do. Fortunately it didn't come to that, his assistant could see that I was truly traumatized and because of her I believe that's why he didn't continue. After the second tooth he proceeded to show me that my tooth was broken into 5 pieces. It's been 2weeks since the procedure. A week of antibiotics, steroids, oral rinse and pain medication, with NO healing. I have wounds and gashes throughout my mouth and I'm at a terrified loss for words. Please do not allow him to do this to you. I have to find another dentist to correct the damage and complete the initial procedure. -Karen Izekor
