Zeis Dental is a modern dental practice built on an old-fashioned foundation of caring for the patient. We truly believe that our dentistry has a better outcome when we know you as a person and you are involved in your care.
As a practice for restorative dentistry, Zeis Dental carefully examines, diagnoses, and plans treatment for patients in a comprehensive manner. Dr. Nancy Zeis provides treatment and manages care with other specialists to provide the best quality dentistry for patients.
The office is equipped with digital x-rays, electronic records, and high-tech sterilization. Infection control, proper hazardous waste management, OSHA safety, and HIPAA privacy protocols are strictly observed at our office. We conduct internal and external audits to ensure the safety of our patients and staff.

Dr. Nancy Zeis received her D.D.S. from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. She is originally from Mountain View, California and arrived here via Carleton College, where she received her B.A. in English Literature. She also has an M.A. in 20th century literature from King's College London.
'There are many aspects of dentistry that I love--people are number one, of course. Coming in a close second are the artistic, scientific, and biological aspects. It keeps dentistry challenging, rewarding, and dynamic for me.'
Our newly built dental office in Edina is clean, modern, and brightly designed by Prospect Refuge Studio. We love the airy design because it elevates our spirits everyday. More importantly, it allows us to work efficiently, hygienically, and focus on delivering the best care to our patients.

I am so happy with Dr. Zeis and her amazing dental skills! The office is beautiful and the staff is so friendly and warm. Every repair Dr. Zeis has done for me has been pain free and her attention to detail and quest for perfection means each repair fits seamlessly with the rest of my teeth. My mouth feels incredible and she is able to achieve these results without a lengthy appointment. Dr. Zeis and her excellent staff provide the very best dental experience. Thank you, Zeis Dental.

Dr Zeis and her staff are amazing! I'm someone who absolutely dreads going to the dentist, but this team makes it fun. I had a cleaning with Jordan who is so personable, gentle, and great at what she does. Dr Zeis and her assistant (I wish I could remember the assistants name too--what a gem!) were phenomenal! They did a great job explaining what they were doing, checking in on me throughout, and talking about important things like cozy bathrobes and Christmas movies! Before I knew it, I was done. Dr. Nancy Zeis and her staff are fabulous! I recently became a patient and had a cleaning and one cavity filled. A previous dentist has proposed a crown to replace an old silver filling. Dr. Zeis looked at the old filling and said she could take care of it without a crown - just replace the cavity. Less stress, less cost - she earned my long-term business!

I have never liked going to the dentist before I discovered Zeis Dental. The staff are all phenomenal; the hygienists are gentle and thorough, and the receptionist staff are personable and kind, and Dr.Zeis is amazing. I always leave feeling so much more confident and happy with my smile. I truly look forward to my next cleaning appointment every 6 months! Dr. Zeis is constantly refining their practice and introducing the new and top-of-the-line products and methods to keep your teeth healthy AND beautiful. I could not recommend this place enough! I've referred family and friends to Zeis Dental, and plan to continue doing so in the future!

Great clinic - everyone is friendly (from the front desk to hygienist) and efficient. You can tell Dr.Zeis is very passionate about what she does! I found her to be meticulous, patient and detail oriented through the work she's been doing w me and it is so appreciated! I always think of dentistry as an art and it is nice to find someone who really provides care in that way (helping you look your best). The office decor is very chic and trendy! Would recommend.

Dr Zeis changed my health for the better, and other Dentists never saw my underlying problem. It was very frustrating to see my oral health decline in spite of brushing and flossing like a maniac. Thanks to Dr Zeis I now know I have periodontal disease, and treating it appropriately has really improved my health. Can't say thank you enough!

Dr. Zeis is personable and, at times, down-right delightful! But, to me, she is also one who cares about achieving excellence in her profession. That said, she is not just a dentist with a drill in her hand. Nope. She cares about her patients. That is obvious from the moment I enter the clinic and as I sit in her dental chair. And for this "scaredy-cat" that is important. Absolutely a great clinic and staff!!! My favorite.

I spent a good portion of my adult life hesitant to visit the Dentist, so I didn't. I can honestly say that given the positive vibes and happy demeanor and quality work of everybody at Zeis, I no longer dread these visits. I would and have recommended Zeis Dental to any and all of my friends.

You won't find a better dentist in the Metro. Cutting edge technology with friendly staff. They don't push unneeded treatments and accept almost all insurance. Efficient and courteous. This is a fabulous practice!
