Warring warring warring Horrible Doctor Horrible person Be carful!!! This doctor is a scam. He charges people for procedures that are not real to make money. I discovered by reviewing the billing statement that he charged me for temporary filling for me and my wife and we never did temporary filling and he also charged the insurance company for the temporary filling that we never did.

This Dr Zeino concerns only about the money ... the first aptm he was nice after this he was rude and always without time . I canceled once an appointment because of an storm and he charged me $100 for cancellation .... He doesn't even have a receptionist. He is the one at the front desk ( it is a disaster) very bad experience.

Good dr from he first few visits. Told me he accepts the insurance and that everything is fine. Come to find out he was not in network and billed me. The thing that annoyed me is how he waited until the very end to tell me that I was due for my last visit. I called the next day and try to get some answers. They kept telling me that the insurance didn't pay out because I probably got dental service within the year...that they didn't know. They also told me that my insurance didn't pay for the X-rays so that's why I had to pay so much. None of that was true. He was simply out of network and was over charging the insurance for his service. Just kinda shady from my point of view.

CHANGE RATING! **I had very good experience with Dr.Zeino. him and his staff's are always very welcoming and helps me feel comfortable. They explain every step they are doing and when I was too nervous at one point he paused to let me relax. Very caring and professional!** I got Invisalign with Dr.Zeino. He grinded too much of my teeth!! At the end of the planned 9 month, I had to extend another 3 months due to still having gaps between my teeth! then ANOTHER 3 months. still have gaps between my teeth. I changed dentist and now he tells me that 1. he grinded int he wrong angle. 2. too much. And only way to fix this is to put laminate (fake teeth) on 5 on my front teeth. costing a lot more money!!!!

Doctor Zeino is one of the best dentists I have ever been to. He is not afraid to give you the facts directly, whether it's a tooth that you thought needed a root canal and it only needs a filling.

Horrible dentist! His only concern is money!! He performed several root canals on me... fast forward I went to an Endodontist and all the root canals Zeino did have to be replace!! Now I have to pay over $3,000 to redo them and unfortunately one extraction and an implant which cost even more... BEWARE OF THIS CROOK!!

Went once and never again. Would not recommend. The place is dirty and outdated. The doctor claims is in network but then completes does what's he wants and bills the patient for it without any remorse or consideration. Should have listened to other reviewers instead of giving him a chance.

I began seeing Dr.Zeino shortly after he opened his practice close to thirty years ago. My allegiance is based on his kind manner, his honesty as he outlines strategies to address dental needs,offers pros and cons of each,and allows you to determine the course of action. I have always been pleased with his work and appreciate the perfection he seeks.Recently,he was displeased with the fit and integrity of a crown that the lab provided.Rather than try to make it work,he took another impression and ordered a new crown from the lab..perfection!

I normally HATE going to the dentist but Dr. Zeino made it such a pleasant experience l. He definitely knows what he is doing and will not try to over charge or make you come in for no reason. He gets the job done !!! I definitely recommend! And his staff is so sweet ! Thank you guys !!

Cant stress enough how disappointed I am with this Dr Zeino. He ripped me off after I had trusted him and charged me over 5,000 for implants only for me to realize a few years later he placed them in wrong and now i have to pay over 10,000 to fix his mistake. And the audacity he had to tell me i cant return back to his office to fix problem with implant i highly discourage anyone from doing any implant procedure with him. All he cares about is making most money out of a patient and cares less about health implications of his decisions. Every doctor i went to told me he made a mistake with placement of implants. Thanks to him a procedure that would have cost only $5000 is is now costing me close to 15,000. Dr Zeino i hope you can live knowing you made a terrible decision you made with my teeth which caused me so much pain the past few years.

I had a major infection-of a tooth, and this dentist should have pulled it. Instead he gave me antibiotics and i ended up with a even bigger infection.

DO NOT GET YOUR TEETH WHITENED HERE. I wasted $500 out of pocket to get my teeth whitened here and it ruined my teeth. I followed clear instructions to not drink coffee, teas, soda or red wine for 2 weeks to a month or your teeth would be prone to staining and my teeth are still more yellow than ever. It's been about a year and I cannot get my teeth back to my pre-bleaching color. I really take a lot of pride in my teeth too. After the bleaching process, my teeth felt like they were sanded and raw. I went back two weeks later to show him that the job was not well done and he quickly just gave me two more bleaching gels to get me out of the office to not begin a complaint. This office looks like it hasn't been updated since the early 80s, the equipment is old and I should have known better or did my research. DO NOT GO HERE. :(

5/5 highly recommend. Here's why: 1. Simple, easy appointment booking. 2. Intake process was very smooth. All staff members are very personable and professional. 3. Wait time was the best I've had at any medical office in the past ten years (very short). 4. My teeth look wonderful after the cleaning compared to what they looked like before my visit. 5. Exceptional care provided by Dr and staff during my visit. They not only provided clear instructions throughout the process, but did their best to ensure a positive experience (eg: applied topical analgesic on gums before cleaning, wiped away drool before it reached my neck). 6. Office is clean and tidy. 7. Ample parking in front of the office is a plus!

After my invisalign treatment was completed they issued me a final retainer and said if I ever were to lose it that all I have to do is call them and they'll send me another one. Fast forward into 4 years I lost my retainer, called them and their response was, "we don't keep molds that long, you'll need a full invisalign treatment" Very disappointing
