At Zeff Pediatric Dentistry,Dr. Rasika Zeffwill greet your child for all their visits. This allows Dr. Zeff to build a healthy and positive relationship that your child can count on to help build their confidence when going to the dentist. This also allows parents to feel that their child is receiving consistent care at every visit. Dr. Rasika Zeff has been practicing dentistry for the last 14 years. She moved to Reno after completing her residency in California to join her husband in Nevada.Dr. Zeff has been a part of the Reno community for the last 10 years and has enjoyed every minute of it! When Dr. Zeff is not at the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, The Other Dr. Zeff and their three kids: Parker (5), Mason (4) and Collin (1).You can find the Zeff family on the soccer or baseball fields, hiking, skiingand just enjoying the great outdoors that the Reno-Tahoe area has to offer all families.
Dr. Zeff completed her three-year pediatric dental residency at the University of California San Francisco along with a Masters of Science in Oral and Craniofacial Sciences. Dr. Zeff is a licensed pediatric specialist in California and Nevada and provides hospital dentistry. She is currently the only female Board Certified Pediatric Dentist in the South Reno area. During the certification process a written examination followed by an oral examination with the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry is completed that determines the proficiency of pediatric dentists. Only about 47% of practicing pediatric dentists are board certified.
Dr. Zeff received her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Pacific in San Francisco after gaining her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Biochemistry from the California Polytechnic State University. Dr. Zeff is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, California Society of Pediatric Dentistry, Nevada Dental Association, Northern Nevada Dental Association, and the American Dental Association.

Dr. Zeff and her team are absolutely wonderful. I was nervous to take my 19 month old for her first appointment but the team was so kind and willing to put us both at ease. The office is very clean and bright. I highly recommend this practice!

I took my 2 year old daughter to Dr. Zeff and was blown away by the quality of relationships they build at the dentist office and the exceptional service they provide. From the moment you walk in the door each member of the office works to make your child feel comfortable and welcome. They took time to show my daughter all of the tools and explain what everything does. The hygienist Joanna was warm and welcoming and made my daughter feel right at home. Dr. Zeff was professional, but so incredibly kind. I would recommend this office to anyone with kiddos!

Highly recommended! I felt very comfortable with all of the Covid precautions being taken. The receptionist Tiffany is always so kind and helpful. They make it such a friendly and easy going environment that my 3 year old daughter now looks forward to going to get her teeth cleaned. Johana's positive personality makes it a fun place to come to! They really have a special way of making the kiddos feel comfortable and happy. Dr Zeff is always so positive when talking about areas to keep an eye on. Never creates fear or shame and it's a great experience every time.

I don't know where to start! Zeff pediatric dentistry is a place that makes feel at home, when you're far away from home....The staff treated my son as if he was one of their own, i would recommend ZPD time and time again

These kind professionals are nothing short of AMAZING! The patience, the kindness, the overall experience for my Daughter has been EPIC. She is having some moderate dental procedures and is enthusiastically attending each appointment. Dr. Zeff and Johanna were so good! We had 3 appts for a 4 year old and 2 twin 2 year olds and they made the process so smooth and easy for us as parents and during covid.
