Proper oral hygiene habits are learned early. As soon as your toddler can manage a toothbrush (24-30 months), supervised brushing instructions can create beneficial habits that last a lifetime. Remember, children under 6 should be supervised at all times as swallowing toothpaste can be harmful.
He is a member of the American & Wake DentalSociety andis a grader forCITA (the organizationwhich grades student-dentists applying for a licenseto practice dentistry). He holds the honor of Fellowship in the ICOI(implant organization). Dr. Collins enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Kelli and sons Tanner and Hudson.
Amy comes to us with a few years of dental experience. She started at our front desk and you will now find her checking patients out for Dr. Collins. She enjoys interacting with all who pass her by! She has been married since 1996 and has 2 sons. In her spare time she loves the beach, gathering with friends, taking walks and crafting.
Rose has been with our practice since 1997. She is a multitasking employee and is, not only, an awsome assistant but also changes hats to help at the front desk in any compasity needed. She always brings a joyful mood to the office, works hard for patients, and her team! In her free time she can be found spending time with her closest friends and her SIX beautiful grandchildren that she adores.
Beverley has been a dental assistant since 1992 and has lived in Wendell since 1988. Both sides of her family hail from Franklin County, NC, making her very familiar with the area. Even though she grew up in Raleigh, her three children were raised in Eastern Wake County, making this her home. She has five grandchildren that are the joy of her life! She is very proud of them, just ask her! In her spare time she enjoys playing with her dogs and artwork.
Hope joined our practice July 2021. She is a recent graduate of NC Dental U and is eager to continue to learn and grow in the dental profession. She is a resident of Louisburg and is the youngest of 6 children. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her nieces and nephews.
Amory has been a part of the Zebulon Family Dentistry family since November 2000. Watching her patients grow into adults and being a postive part of their dental experience is a joy of hers. Amory's goal is to provide optimal dental treatment in a stress free environment.
Donna first graduated from Wayne Community College as a Dental Assistant and worked as such for 4 years before aquiring her Dental Hygiene degree in 1996. She continues to love what she does and is passionate about helping patients feel that a visit to the dentist can be a positive experience. Donna had worked with us filling in for amost 6 years and in 2020 came on board full time. In her time away from the office she enjoys going to the race track with her Fiance', Jeff, local or cup racing and also loves spending time with family; especially their 3 sons, Cory, Kendell and Will.
Amber has been a Dental Hygienist since 2005 and joined our practice in January 2021. Her favorite part of her job is building relationships with her patients. She has been married to her husband, Erik, since 2003 and they have two beutiful children, Isaiah and Abigayle. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her family, baking, hiking and traveling.
Lisa has been a dental hygienist since 1985. She enjoys her job and has great satisfaction with bringing comfort, knowledge and quality care to her patients. She has been married to her husband, Dana,since 1985. They have three children; Bryan, Daniel and Caroline and one grandson. In her spare time she attends a ladies bible study, enjoys walks, yard work and especially enjoys time with her family. She looks forward to meeting and getting to know you!

Dr. Collins has been my dentist for many years. I gladly refer friends to Zebulon Family Dentistry. Dr. Collins is cost conscious and excellent in all areas. Lisa is an excellent hygienist. She is very efficient and works quickly. It never concerns me when I know I am coming to the dentist!

I went to the state fair Saturday and had a warhead candy apple I broke my teeth in three places Half of my face is swollen from the teeth breaking off I called around everywhere Monday to see people that will work with you with no insurance I told the woman all my teeth are messed up so I should do a whole mouth x-ray she told me it wouldn't be no more than $90 to do that today was my appointment I came in went inside showed them the teeth that are bothering me but show them the other teeth that are in my mouth that need to be fixed that are broken off and some that are broken in my gums so why should I have to pay for a little x-ray for one section of my teeth with all of it needs to be x-rayed then they told me it would be $135 plus the exam to see the doctor I got my things and walked away because if I can pay $135 for one visit not including all the other ones to get the teeth taken out then I can afford the expensive insurance to be able to take care of it I specifically asked and told him what was wrong the woman told me it would not be more than $90 don't believe what they tell you on the phone because they lie

This has been my dental team for 12 years. They are outstanding in every way. I am a senior citizen with Medicare/BCBS (Liberty Dental). I know they have recently decided to network with Liberty Dental in order to ensure the dental care of their senior patients, and I appreciate their concern and willingness to benefit their patients despite taking a financial loss by doing so. The office is modern, spotless, and communication is great. The staff is kind and friendly. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Had an AMAZING visit. Everyone was so nice and pleasant! I had 3 appointments for me and my 2 daughters and they had us in the chairs within 2 minutes and had us in and out! GREAT experience. It was my toddlers first time and she LOVED it too :)

This is the home of my "Sheros"Ms Donna and Ms Hope and several staff members reached out and helped me when I had an emergency at the office. They were so helpful, even in the rain to help me get home safe . The staff ,is great,and kind. They did not hesitate !!! Come to Zebulon Family Dentistry they are the best, they will take excellent care of you.

Dr. Barrett has been my dentist for 40+ years. He's always been such a caring person & I don't recall anything but great experiences. Please don't ever retire I've had 2 great dental hygienists in the past but now I have Donna. She's very professional & very friendly & I think we're both warming up to each other. I've only seen her twice but I'm very pleased with her. Here's to many more years with all you good folks

Friendly staff overall; however Dr. Barrett & my dental hygienist take awesome care of my teeth. I've even had experience with Dr. Collins, and he's awesome too! I highly recommend this practice. They're worth my drive from Nashville to Zebulon!

I was a new patient scheduled for a cleaning . Before my appt date I had a problem and called the office. They told me to come in that day. They fixed the problem and even cleaned my teeth that day to save me a trip. Thanks Lisa (hygienist) and Dr. Collins.

Visited Zebulon Family Dentistry on 5/24/2022 at 8am for a scheduled teeth cleaning. Was greeted by their receptionist upon arrival and in less than 5 minutes Lisa, my dental hygienist, greeted me. In no time at all I was settled in and she explained the morning procedure. Bite wing x-rays were quickly completed and Lisa did her thing. Dr. Collins came in and inspected my teeth. He discussed a couple of concerns, but nothing that needed immediate attention, and that was it. Lisa scheduled my next cleaning and I was leaving. All this in 45 minutes. Great service team!
