He opened his first office in Georgetown, CT in 1980. Dr. Zarkowsky assumed the practice of Dr. John Lane in 1983. After working two offices for 6 years, Dr. Zarkowsky closed the Georgetown office and enlarged the Ridgefield office. Dr. Zarkowsky was an attending with the Danbury Hospital Dental Department for 16 years.
