Everyone here, from Dr. Sal Zammitti and Dr. Matthew Gidaly through each member of our team, loves to help our patients attain great oral health and teeth. Dr. Sal C. Zammitti is a widely respected orthodontist whoscommitted to delivering professional, personal care to each of his patients. He understands the positive impact that great oral health and a beautiful smile haveon the lives of his patients, and strives to ensure that not only do they endup with an incredible smile, but also have a great experience while they gothrough treatment. He encourages his patients and their families to become involved in the care process, helpsthem learn about the important role oral health plays in overall body wellness, and instillsa desire in them to keep their smile bright and healthy once treatment is complete.
As a psychology major, the drastic positive psychosocial effect this profession has on others is what initially drew Dr. Gidaly to dentistry and is what led him to pursue a career in orthodontics. In his view, being an orthodontist is the best job in the world, and is by far the most high-impact specialty in dentistry, if not medicine. Being able to help boost his patientsself-confidence and customize their smiles makes every day both enjoyable and a true blessing. He truly looks forward to meeting each and every one of you!
Dr. Lupinetti was born and raised in Central Pennsylvania and came from a dental family. They inspired her to pursue higher education at the University of Pittsburgh, where she obtained her Bachelorss and received early acceptance to the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. During this time, she met her fiance, Andrew, and cultivated her love for Pittsburgh sports. Seeking to further her education in Orthodontics, along with some warmer weather, she completed her residency training at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Zammitti & Gidaly Orthodontics is a VIP Diamond Invisalign Provider, a distinction awarded to us because of our exceptional expertise and experience in using Invisalign to get the best possible results. To reach and maintain VIP Diamond Provider status, we are required to complete a large number of Invisalign cases every year successfully.

Since he understands that oral healthcare is a constantly evolving field, Dr. Zammitti pursues continuing education courses to stay abreast of developments in technologies and treatment modalities. It is only by keeping up to date and expanding his knowledge that Dr. Zammitti is able to provide his patients with the best orthodontic treatment options available.
He has studied at the Charles H. Tweed International Foundation of Orthodontics and Advanced Edgewise Mechanics in Tucsonand attended Peter E. Dawson Occlusion and TMD seminarsas well. Dr. Zammitti has also published a number of articles in dental journals and has a special interest in facial aesthetics.

Dr. Gidaly was born and raised in Huntington, New York, and is the youngest of four siblings. While attending Siena College as a Division I baseball player, he met his wife Claire in 2003 and together they have two wonderful young girls, Maddalyn and Ella. He looks forward to becoming an integral part of the community, practicing orthodontics, and raising his family.

My daughter and I visited Dr. Gidaly for a second opinion, as she was nearing the end of treatment with another orthodontic practice, and I was unsure whether we would be happy with the end result, based on multiple issues my daughter had experienced. At Zamitti & Gadaly Orthodontics, Karen was incredibly kind and thorough, and treated my daughter and I as if we were new patients to the practice. My daughter had photos taken and Dr. Gidaly pointed out a few spots that he would tweak if she were his patient, but assured us that her tooth alignment and her bite were corrected appropriately, and that there was no need for us to consider changing practices and incurring additional costs. I greatly appreciated their caring demeanors and willingness to provide a second opinion. Karen and Dr. Gidaly spent nearly an hour with us but wouldn't charge an office fee. We left with reassurance, and if anyone in my family needs future orthodontic treatment, we will be contacting Zamitti and Gadaly Orthodontics.

I had a great experience at the consultation with Karen. She explained the complete cost of braces, process of office visits and took my X-Rays. After speaking with Dr. Giadaly on may course of treatment, I decided to proceed with this office and was able to complete my Invisalign scan the same day. I feel confident in the hands of a VIP Diamond Provider and can't wait for my molds to arrive. Great smiles in 2022!

I am so glad I chose this office. Karen didn't give up on me. And I am so glad she didn't. Everyone in the office has been so friendly and welcoming. As well as professional. It has only been a month and I can already see the results. I look in the mirror all the time now. No more hiding this smile now!!!!!

Everyone was polite, the tech. answered all of my questions and went over the price of all of the braces. After my consultation, they conveniently scheduled my attachments the same day so I didn't have to take off from work another day. It was so helpful for them to go over all the care aspects of these braces. I enjoyed my visit and would recommend their service to anyone. Ooh by the way they did add the discount as advertised.

Our family just relocated from NJ to NC a few months ago. We searched on the website of our dental insurance for offices that would be covered. Made a few calls and on Jan 6th we decided on this office. Our appointment was set up for today. From then until now I was very anxious. Having your children see an orthodontist is a big deal and even more so when they were already in the middle of treatment someplace else. This office has a text feature in place and I had the pleasure of communicating with a treatment coordinator by the name of Brianna. To say she put me at ease is an understatement. We communicated from the day I initially called up until this morning. Fast-forward to the actual appointment today. We were greeted by Adriana the receptionist who was super sweet and helpful. We then got escorted into a consultation room by a wonderfully pleasant lady named May. She took our girls for x-rays and photos. She made them feel so comfortable and kept thanking us for our patience yet we didn't feel like anything was taking too long. As she stated in casual conversation, "it's that southern hospitality". Dr. Gidaly came in and talked us through his thoughts and opinions on our girls treatments for the future and what he planned to do with them today. We instantly connected my husband included and he isn't very trusting. Dr. Gidaly even advised of a new office opening closer to where we live but we decided we'd stay with them as we didn't mind the drive if it meant our girls would be in the hands of such an amazing group of people. Lovely Lauren came in at the end to talk finances and answer any additional questions we might've had. By the end of the appointment, every member of our family was happy. Our youngest for leaving with less braces. Our oldest for leaving without a retainer and mommy & daddy for making the right decision. Thank you all again for your attention and care. A very special thank you to Brianna whom I still hope to meet one day. We are already looking forward to our March appointment. God bless you guys!

Everyone here is super nice & very professional. I love the atmosphere & the service they provide. Especially with Covid still very present, love that they take the care, precautions to ensure all who enters a peace of mind that everything is safe. As a client, I feel safe & enjoyed my experience there! Shout out to the staff & especially Karen! She's awesome & very helpful! My family will be going here for all of our ortho needs.

If you're looking into getting braces, I would definitely recommend. The staff is friendly and it's a very calm environment. The braces are affordable with low monthly plan that'll fit your budget.
