Dr. Zambrano has been working in the orthodontic field since he was 16 years old! He is passionate about orthodontics, and even more so about making people smile. Dr. Zambrano takes great care to make his patients feel welcome and comfortable. He enjoys getting to know his patients, and understands that each person he treats has a unique set of needs that require special, individualized attention.
Orthodontics is one of the nine specialty fields recognized by the American Dental Association. As an orthodontic specialist, Dr. Zambrano completed additional years of training while in school, and maintains his knowledge and skills by participating in continuing education courses each year, as well as training future generations of orthodontic professionals, and presenting research to various groups of professionals around the nation. He has also been recognized as an Invisalign Top 1% Provider in North America, and has received the title of Invisalign Super Elite Provider.
Dr. Zambrano is a member of the very prestigious Schulman Group. Membership is by invitation only, and is comprised of the TOP 1% of orthodontists in the country. This group was formed as an information-sharing entity whereby all issues, ideas, etc, can be discussed the same day with the very best of the best in the United States via their unique web connection. They also gather annually to go over the very latest breakthroughs in the field and to share the techniques and in-practice methodology that works the best with each other. Membership is exclusive by region so Dr. Zambrano is the only Miami orthodontist to be invited to join this exclusive study group.
Dr. Zambrano married his high school sweetheart from Coral Gables High and they have two incredible daughters. In his downtime, he loves to spend time and travel with his girls. He also has a passion for most all things water! He loves boating (his boat is appropriately named ALL SMILES!) and enjoys lobstering and watching sunsets. He is a die-hard Seminole from his undergraduate days, but also loves the Gators since his wife is a UF grad, he completed his dental program there, and one of his daughters is a Gator! He enjoys working out and listening to music and getting together with his friends. A Miami native, he is so grateful to make it his home and have three practices throughout the city!
Maria is a very important part of the Zambrano Orthodontics team as she is the liason between our office and our new patients! Raised in Venezuela, she eventually moved to the US and continued her studies in business/finance and accounting. She is the proud mother of beautiful Valentina. Her other love is animals!! Especially horses and horseback riding. She is the epitome of a people-person and loves her constant interaction with new people. She has a genuine smile on her face at all times, and her perpetual positivity is infectious. She is compassionate and caring, and treats every person in our office as if they are family! She loves helping people along their path to a beautiful forever smile. We are SO happy to have Maria as a part of our team!
Marcia Chairside Assistant Marcia comes to us from Cuba, and has been one of our chairside assistants for nine years. Though being mom to two adorable children takes a lot of energy, Marcia seems to always have an unending supply of energy in the office. Our patients love the care and attention she provides to them. She has been known to bust out in some dance moves from time to time, and at office get-togethers she is the queen of the dance floor! Shes got an infectiously happy personality that is a joy to have in our practice.
A native of Cuba, Norma is one of the two team members that have been here the longest. Shes been with us for 15 years and has 28 years of experience in the field! Norma is the gentlest person you could ever meet. She has a quiet humility that people love, and our patients and our team just think shes incredible. Her skill is top-notch, and she has an extremely gentle touch. Mom to one grown son, Norma still makes time for her many hobbies, gardening, baking and spending time with her cherished family and dog, Abu. No one will argue that Norma makes the very best flan in the city! We live for the days that Norma comes in carrying a foil-covered plate because we know just whats inside!
Vicky is our resident joker, and always keeps everyone laughing! Shes spent an amazing 19 years in our practice and she is known, loved, and respected by our team and patients alike. Shes sarcastic, so be prepared! Vicky comes from Columbia and has a beautiful daughter who has grown up in the practice. She loves to travel with her daughter, hit the beach, and is an ace racquetball player. Shes always the first to organize a costume day and is always ready to make someone crack up! We are so lucky to have her as a long-time member of our team!
Dermis is a professionally trained orthodontist from Cuba, and we are lucky to have her working as a chairside assistant here in our office. Her extensive knowledge of orthodontics and 25 years of experience are an immeasurable benefit to our practice, and certainly to our patients! With her two children already grown, she spends a lot of her free time exercising. We love having Dermis as a part of our team!
Ivelisse was born in Santo Domingo, in the Dominican Republic. She practiced orthodontics in Mexico, and later moved to Key Biscayne where she has since worked part-time with Dr. Zambrano chair-side. During her spare time, Ivelisse spends time with her two teenage children and helps her husband manage their store. As a Key Biscayne local you may have seen her walking the beaches and parks or taking her children to school.
Lourdes is another professionally trained orthodontist that comes to us from Cuba, assisting our team chairside. She has the skills and the know how to really be an asset to our team. With over 15 years of experience in the field of orthodontics, Lourdes knows her way around the patients smiles! She has one lovely teenage daughter and two dogs. She enjoys listening to music and exercising in her spare time. She loves everything about her job, especially seeing the great results at the end of treatment!
With over 10 years of experience in the orthodontic field, Gloria loves the reward that orthodontics gives someone. The benefits of a beautiful smile are priceless. I am so glad to be a part of Dr. Zambranos team and provide the quality and comfort service that our office gives and is known for. Joining the practice in 2009 she helps our patients experience from the beginning to be a memorable one. During our spare time she enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with her family and two little dogs Tyson and Cookie who are a handful.
Yuli was born and raised in Miami, with a family from Ecuador. She joined our team in May 2015 and is happy to be a part of our work family. She loves to read in her spare time and hang out with family and friends. She absolutely loves all things Snoopy, and enjoys quiet nights at home and movies. We know Yuli to have a fantastic, approachable personality and to always step in to help. She will make you feel at home in our office!
Michelle is a huge asset to the team. She began working at the front desk and quickly began training as an Orthodontic Assistant and Records Technician. Michelle is always eager to help out in any way with a permanent smile on her face! Michelle loves the one-on-one interaction with our patients providing them with gentle care, and helping them feel at ease during treatment. Michelle enjoys spending quality time with her two daughters Gabriella and Kayla.
Adriana is a Miami native, of Cuban descent. She has her hands very full with two little boys, ages 1 and 2! Her favorite thing to do is to be with her family and enjoy her role as mom to these two bundles of joy! She is thrilled to be a part of the Zambrano Orthodontics team! You can find her greeting you with a smile at our front desk!

I brought my daughter for her braces copule of weeks ago She's very happy and the point that today I came for mines. Lucky me MABEL was the one who took care of me. She's So kind. No pain at all. No mistakes Take care of me like a King. I will recommend this office to my friends that haven't decided to do it yet. Shes awesome ! Everyone in the office rocks !

Awesome!!! Definitely recommend Dr. Zambrano's office. I started my treatment recently and he has so much experience. He is the best!! The staff is amazing especially Kayla she's wonderful. The way he examined my teeth in my initial consultation left me amazed!!

Let me be the first to say with all HONESTY THESE PEOPLE TREAT YOU LIKE FAMILY I LOVE THEM DOCTOR ZAMBRANO IS THE BEST AND SO IS THE STAFF they care for your every need he really listens and works with you. And the results are amazing.. he literally looked at me and knew exactly what I wanted.. although you must be realistic about what your final outcome he along with his staff assures you and guides you and makes you feel comfortable with your results. I come here just to say hi sometimes because they are just that much of a family to me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Doctor Zambrano is good, he is able to accomodate your working schedule, provide you with a good payment plan, and he tells you realistic expectations versus hipotetical goals. His staff, on the other hand, is almost zero. Most of them do not speak English, and are not able to explain you what they are going to do to you during a session. I had Invisalign treatment, one of the technician used glow (or something abrasive) to apply the attachment/bottons on my teeth, but she also burned my skin with it (a small dot of glow on my cheek that fortunately went away after two weeks without leaving a mark, but still, I didn't signed for it!). When I was taking the impressions to create another set of alligners, the technician was visibly uncomfortable and not able to perform her job, so she called someone else to do it. She needs more training! I felt like I was the the guinea pig!!! At the end of my 2 years treatment, another technician (yes, because you will change technician each time!) took the print to prepare the permanent night retainer; she wasn't able to explain me how to positionate my tong, and she was making faces every time she had to repeat the process... it's part of her job to explain to patients what to do! Instead she was frustrated, and disappointed with me. Zambrano's technicians do not have a professional conduct, reason why I cannot give to his office a 5 start. Despite his knowledge and dedication to his work, I believe he should be surrounded by more qualify personnel.

Awesome Dr and staff. An artist. He is very detailed and explains everything to you. I choose to do the Invisalign treatment and can't believe my results 8 months into treatment. I get nothing but great compliments with my changing smile and strongly recommend to visit him. His office and staff is friendly, professional and experienced with each and every procedure. I love this office, i love The office hours...i love the staff and most imporantly Dr Zambrano!. I personally recommend my family and anyone that truly is looking for a QUALITY orthodontist to come in and see Dr Zambrano. Why? Not only does Dr Zambrano take care of you from the beginning to the end Of your treatment(Meaning Not seeing a diffrent orthdontist evrey time you come in to your visit that has no clue of whats going on with you) Most importantly The quality of his work is impeccable (evrey little detail he notices, I was so impressed) Amazing Credentials! He is so caring and you can tell he is passionate about his work! I personally went to several consultations. .He was my favorite and not ridiculously expensive. They take insurance and work with your budget... Thank you Dr Zambrano!

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING! I can only say great things about Dr. Zambrano! I never really considered Orthodontic treatment for myself. I thought ok, I'm 27 years old with 2 kids... No WAY I'll be getting braces at this age. So I initially took my oldest son at age 7 for an orthodontic consultation. After doing extensive research asking around my sons school (Miami Beach area) EVERYONE seemed to recommend him. My first impression was an impeccable office. Neat & organized. The staff immediately welcomed us as if we had been coming for years! They kept my son entertained and took away all his fears of the typical "Going to the Dentist" (Orthodontist). Dr. Zambrano took his time to explain everything I would need to know about orthodontics for my child. He was extremely thorough and patient. Well let's just say I was so impressed that now BOTH my son and I are in treatment with Zambrano Orthdontics. Oh did I mention they have Saturday appts!! Best hands down! Thanks Dr. Z and staff.

I have nothing but AMAZING things to say about Dr.Zambrano and his staff. They were true to my appt time, very clean throughout the office. Every one of the girls are so warm and welcoming. The assistant I sat with was professional, caring, and very friendly. Which made me feel so much more comfortable. They were very accommodating when I had to bring my daughter in. The fact that they are kid friendly is just one of many reasons why I'll never go or recommend anywhere else. Three locations to choose from which makes my life so much easier. They are always accommodating when I need to make a last minute appt. I could go on forever. In a nutshell I'm 100% sure I made the right decision when I choose Dr. Zambrano.

Best Orthodontist. I came to doctor Z approximately 8 years ago when I was in my 20's. With my parents not living here I was on my own to make this big decision about my smile. After tons of research and patience I stumbled across Dr. Z. And thank goodness I did. He is such an amazing orthodontist. With an exceptional staff! Clean office, true to time appts, and honesty! They always kept me in the loop with what was coming next (next appt). From my initial consultation (which was free! Hello who doesn't love free!) to my final retainers and beyond that they have been amazing. Now I bring my daughter and after a couple years. Nothing has changed!! He has a beautiful, and comfortable waiting room. Accommodating both adults and children. There are iPads in the waiting room which my daughter loves! And so do I ;) you can't go wrong. Amazing doctor, beautiful office, and warm and welcoming staff. Dr. Zambrano will always be the ONLY orthodontist I'll ever recommend! Thank you doctor for my beautiful smile!
