Dr. Zack Zaibak is one of Illinois top practitioners of advanced cosmetic dentistry, equally committed to treating those with severe dental reconstruction needs and healthy patients looking to achieve a Hollywood smile. He is committed to mastering the latest technology and advances in dentistry in order to meet the needs and desires of his patients.
Dr. Zaibak graduated as the class valedictorian with a B.S. from Saint Xavier University. He received his B.S.D. and D.D.S. (Doctorate in Dental Surgery degree) from the University of Illinois, School of Dentistry, graduating with honors. He continued to advance his skills by completing an Advanced Dentistry General Practice Residency at the Loyola Hospital, and then earning a Masters degree.
Dr. Zaibak is devoted to continuing education, and he has completed over 300 hours of continuing education in the past four years. He has trained at such prestigious institutions as the world renowned Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studiesrecently focusing on the disciplines of cosmetic and comprehensive rehabilitation dentistry.
Dr. Zaibak is a member of The American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Illinois State Dental Association, Chicago Dental Society, American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, American Society for Forensic Odontology, American Association of Hospital Dentists, and has advanced training and certification in Lumineers, Invisalign and laser surgery.
Dr. Zaibak has created beautiful smiles for media personalities, models and brides, and has helped repair facial defects in both adults and children. In 2009 he was classified by the Consumer Research Council of America as one of Americas Top dentists.

Most sophisticated office I've ever been to! A lot of smiles around this place. Wonderful staff! Especially Dr. Zaibak. I recommend all my friends and family to this dental office! Amazing!!!!!

Painless tooth extraction and bone graft, I was very nervous but Dr. H has a calming manner, not that much bleeding and didn't have any pain after extraction only a stinging for a few minutes that was it, no need for pain pill and I love the office decor. Exceptionally clean.

0 stars. I stopped coming to this office over a year ago but recently heard of a family friend who also had a terrible experience here. Staff was not friendly at all and I felt very judged. Each time i went i waited 20 to 30 minutes after my appointment time. I had a woman doctor do my fillings who didn't even bother introducing herself. She let me know that I had a few cavities that needed to be filled and that was all. She completed my fillings on the lower right and actually bonded 2 of my teeth together. I discovered that after I got home and realized i couldn't floss! I mistakenly decided to go back to have the rest of my cavities filled. As she's drilling my molar on the lower left she says a filling isn't going to work and that I'll need a root canal. Never let me know that the decay was so deep that a root canal was even a possibility. Mind you she's telling me this after she already drilled away more than half of my natural tooth. She then puts a temporary filling in and has the assistant give me a treatment plan for almost $1500. I never went back and never will. I luckily found a new dentist who was able to FIX everything that they had messed up. Then just as I thought it couldn't get any worse about a month later i get a text message from this office asking me to purchase Dr. zaibak's daughters new book.... I actually thought it was a joke. Please do yourself a favor and do not come to this office. If you're not a famous rapper/wrestler they do NOT care about you.

The hygienist are all real cool. Ive ALWAYS had my girl Ally for my cleaning for the 6 years I've been going,, but I had Sabrina this time & she was just as knowledgeable & cool as Ally. Dr. Z know his stuff & I've appreciated his "bedside manner", if U will, as a doctor's decorum is described. All good here!

The employees do NOT care about you. Unless you have money or great insurance, don't go here. They messed up my smile and wouldn't fix their mistake. I HIGHLY recommend just NOT coming here. Was a HUGE mistake.

i had an appointment yesterday and i was terrified out of my mind, but it went okay. the office itself is very pleasing to the eye. everyone was very nice and my doctor was understanding and patient with me. i only got fillings, but it wasn't painful at all and it was pretty quick. 9/10 experience.
