This office goes above and beyond to meet my expectation. Worked around my work schedule with all appointments, clean and comfortable place. All staffs are pleasant, kind and caring. I am extremely happy with the care received.

Who likes Dentists? it's like pulling teeth to get me to one. For 40 years I avoided them at all costs until my wife convinced me I would look pretty foolish toothless and gumming my food. She convinced me ( forcibly ) to go to her Dentist Dr Jeff Zaffos .The experience starts when you enter and meet his pleasant , professional front desk team. it continues when you meet the assistants , hygienists who further ease your stress level. Then you meet Dr Zaffos or Dr Michelle and their personalities soon make you forget why you hated dentists. You really cannot help but like this group . Their personalities along with their state of the art equipment to go along with their skill makes going to the dentist almost enjoyable. You didn't think I was going to say I like going to dentists. But when all said and told I wouldn't go anywhere else. Great group!

A beautiful smile is one of the things most people notice first in a person. A beautiful smile is what Dr. Zaffos and Dr. Mishel has given me. Dr. Mishel created a dental plan for me without trying to oversell me with additional procedures that I didn't need just to make extra money for himself. Let's be real people, we're living in a world where most people are trying to make an extra buck off of hard working people who don't know that they're being taken advantage of. It felt like he treated me like family instead of just his patient. I was treated with such professionalism, care and warmth, which one would only receive from a Dentist that is a family member. Dr. Mishel is meticulous, knowledgeable, very good at what he does and most importantly to me, trustworthy. The whole entire staff are exceptional. This review may sound unbelievable or too good to be true as I reread it to myself but it is as honest and truthful as I can be. This review is the least I can do in return for a job well done. I enjoy smiling again. Thanks guys!

Referred my husband to Dr. Zaffos recently, after having a positive experience myself. Both he and I agree that our experience in Dr. Zaffos' office was wonderful especially seeing that a trip to the dentist office can sometimes be ominous. Dr. Zaffos and his staff are truly professional people. They are personable, kind, considerate and understanding of the needs of their patients. The office environment is welcoming and impeccable and is run like a well-oiled machine. It is very evident that Dr. Zaffos cares about his patients' well being and is empathetic to their needs. We have the utmost confidence in his skills as a professional. All in All - A Great Experience!

The office staff from front desk to chair side are accommodating, congenial and incredibly professional. Dr. Zaffos has provided me with excellent dental care for years. I continue to come to the office even though living out of the area. It's worth driving the 200+ miles to have accurate, efficient dental care!

Dr. Zaffos and his team are amazing. Every single person in the office is kind and personable. They truly care about their patients. It is clear that Dr. Zaffos loves what he does. He explains everything thoroughly and is happy to answer questions. Dr. Zaffos and the team go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. Debbie is the best! She is one of the nicest people I have ever met. Ellie is so sweet. She is a very caring person. I know most people "hate" going to the dentist...but that's probably because they have never been to Dr. Zaffos or Dr. Mishel. I can confidently say that I actually look forward to going to the dentist! Thank you all for making my dental experiences top notch!

My family and I have been going to Dr Zaffos for so long that I consider him and his staff my family. You could not ask for a more caring and professional dental team. Every member of the team is excellent in their respective assignment. Other medical disciplines can learn from Dr Zaffos and his team. You need a great dentist, then visit Dr. Zaffos.

Dr Zaffos always go to such length explaining the procedure that makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. Dr Zaffos and Dr Mishel they both have a very strong interpersonal skills and as well the whole staff ,Christina,Debbie,Anne Marie and everyone there are great communicators with amazing bedside .....manners. Be 100% confident that when you are being seen at this dental office you are receiving always first class service.

I am extremely pleased with the entire staff at Dr. Zaffos's office. Aside from receiving exceptional dental care, they go above and beyond when it comes to appointment scheduling. I had seen Dianne and needed a follow up appointment. I worked with Debbie who helped set my next appointment in accordance with my busy work schedule and Dianne actually changed her schedule and is going to come in earlier than usual for my next appointment since she is familiar with my case. Not only do I receive great dental care but the entire staff is extremely accommodating. I highly recommend Dr. Zaffos and the entire staff!
