Dr. Zachary J. Holder attended the University of Texas at Dallas on a full academic scholarship, where he received his bachelor's degree in biology and business administration. He then went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. After completion of dental school, he then received additional training by completing a hospital based general practice residency at the University of North Carolina Hospital.
During his schooling, Dr. Holder received many honors and awards, and he is currently an active member of the American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association, and the Greater Houston Dental Society.
Dr. Holder continues to advance his dental knowledge with numerous hours of continuing education, including a one-year orthodontic course, multiple implant courses, and additional areas including esthetic dentistry, pediatric dentistry, anesthesiology/sedation, and hospital dentistry. Dr. Holder is also a certified Invisalign provider and holds a Level 2 Sedation Permit in the State of Texas.
Throughout his career, Dr. Holder has been committed to giving back to his community and has volunteered his services to numerous organizations including Habitat for Humanity in Dallas and Houston, Medisend, and Peer Assistance Leadership, a child mentoring program.

I enjoy going here. They're not judgemental or make you feel bad about the current condition of your teeth even if you haven't been in to see the dentist in a while. Also, they offer dental plans exclusively for their patients to work with if you don't have insurance. They will answer any questions and will seek to help you as best they can. I honestly hated going to the dentist because I was incredibly afraid and anxious about it, but they're really nice and I have kept going back.

I am very pleased to be Dr Holder's patient. First of all he is gentle and patient. He and his hygienist work together as though they are one. He uses the most advanced instruments and digital equipment. I highly recommend Dr Holder.

Great dental office! Dr. Holder's dental practice has wonderful dental hygienists, dental assistants and staff. Dr. Holder took over Dr. Kirkpatrick's dental practice and I feel that he works just like him. I am very pleased.

The Dental hygienist did more than cleaning my teeth. She measured bone loss and identified spots that are suspected of gum disease. Dr. Holder was very through in his exam. Both the doctor and the hygienist gave me options of treatment.
