I am very disappointed in my experiences with this dentist. I went to him with an extremely painful tooth and after X-Raying it he said I would need a root canal. Never having had one before I was leery. I paid over $ 900 cash for it. Upon my return it was X-rayed again and I had to come back for the impressions to be made for a crown. I was then told that the tooth was cracked and the only remedy was to pull it and I was charged another $ 120 for that. It should have been pulled from the get-go rather than making me have a needless root canal that was very expensive, only to have it pulled in the end. Won't ever return.

Im so glad i got my root canal here. The staff are very nice and welcoming the front desk Kat and Flora are helpful, friendly and professional which has been hard to come by at a dental office. The doctor knows what hes doing and friendly. The pricing is affordable. I would recommend everyone to do treatment here 10/10

I must say and share my experience. I am always afraid and nervous whenever I have to see or even schedule a dental appointment. But this Dentist is Excellent, he is the best Dentist I have ever experienced!! This is definitely a great place to receive dental care. The professionalism from both the doctor and front desk were outstanding. I had to get a few work done and each time I went the service I received were amazing with perfect results. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to receive Excellent dental care:)

Terrible doctor, rude and unprofessional! Stay away at all cost! I called his office with a tooth ache, was able to schedule an appointment in 4 days. I gave my insurance information to the receptionist over the phone. The day before my scheduled appointment, I received a call from his receptionist to confirm the appointment for tomorrow and to be aware that I need to pay in cash for the services that will be provided and will be reimbursed later after the funds from my insurance will come in. I was shocked to hear that and immediately cancelled my appointment. I told the receptionist that I will not be returning back. I logged in to my dental insurance a week later and noticed that this doctor put in a claim anyway for the prior services rendered that I paid for to him in cash. As of now, I will be disputing his claim because he's refusing to issue money back to my insurance. My appointment was back in May and ever since then, been trying to get the refund back to my insurance. Dr. Krainov maxed out my policy for the year with his fraudulent claim. We are in October now and still this doctor is refusing to cancel the claim and refund my insurance. It's absolutely ridiculous!! Just as update as of 10/2020, this doctor never refunded my insurance and just pocketed the money. Stay away and beware!

Happy experience with Dr. Krainov. Went to have a root canal done on my molar tooth, It was done in 2 visits. No pain, each appointment lasted only for 20-30 minutes. Did not have to wait. Price is right. Now will come back for a crown. Office is clean and comfortable.
