I don't understand why people are so afraid of root canals, I fell asleep during mine at Yu Smile. Dr. Yu is so good that I didn't feel anything. Highly recommend!

As always, the entire staff took great care of me. They show genuine care for their clients even beyond their scope of work. I was unable to have dental work done on my first of two appointments, and they were able to "double up" on my second appointment to accommodate my schedule, which I really appreciated. Glad we got to find an exceptional, caring dentist for me and my family.

Been seeing Dr. Yu ever since they opened 10 years ago and I'm so glad I did. Dr. Yu and the staff are friendly, caring, and appointment is never a long wait. The doctor is knowledgeable about dentistry and takes your dental problems seriously This place is clean and they take extra precautions by wearing masks for everyone's safety. I highly recommend Yu Smile for your dental needs.

I am so blessed that I found YU SMILE DENTAL!! The staff is so friendly and I can't say enough about Dr Claudine YU! She is absolutely fabulous. From the day I walked into her office crying my eyes out because I was in so much pain she has done miracles with me. That was six years ago. If you are looking for a great dentist then you need to call YU SMILE DENTAL.

This is the best dentist I have ever had. She is so gentle and always checking to make sure you're ok. Everyone in the office is so amazing and kind, and I no longer have anxiety when my appointments come up. I couldn't recommend them more.

Very professional and kiind. Definitely concerned about patient comfort. the previous sentence was inaccurate. i based my review on one visit. the thing i have learned is Dr Yu has a very sweet exterior. but she is also a manipulator. once they know how much insurance you have, they will eat that and and then start dealing with the issue you came there with. which has to come out of your pocket. if you are in pain you will pay to relileve that pain. i went in and they pulled a tooth and then did a bone graft. then i had an appointment for the following week to pull another tooth. we were coming up on thanksgiving -new years holiday season. so i had 2 teeth pulled and she said i needed another tooth pulled. that was the reason for the following weeks appointment. but the tooth she pulled the previous week was giving me tremendous pain. it felt like an abscess. i called the clinic and told them i didnt want to have a tooth pulled but ineeded her to look at my past extraction. since i was not going to have a tooth pulled, the appointment was cancelled. i call a couple of times after that asking if she could just look at it. they would not give me an appt. by then my face was swollen. i eventually went to the ER because i know of a case where a young man didnt get an abscess taken care of. he ended up close to death, had to go on a ventilator and suffered some brain damage. i was a respiratory therapist and one of the therapist assigned to manage his ventilator, while he was healing so we could extubate him. i didnt want to go through the same thing so i went to the emergency room to get care. i wont return. so once she used up all i had, i was refused further care. unless i agreed to spend more money

I've been going here for years and love Dr. Yu and her staff. My whole family is with Dr. Yu and couldn't be happier with the service!

Yu Smile Dental is the most unprofessional dentist office I have ever visited. Dr. Yu tried to pressure me into extremely expensive options for my teeth by assuring me that my teeth were in extremely bad shape and scaring me. She did this so that I would rush into a treatment plan that I could not afford and which I later found out, after getting a second opinion from a different dentist, was not actually necessary. I consulted another dentist because I have always had healthy teeth, so when Dr. Yu told me my teeth were in dire trouble, it was a shock to me (and they were not). When I told Dr. Yu I couldn't really afford the treatment(s) she was recommending, she commented that I have a phone, so obviously I can pay for the dental treatment. That was extremely disturbing to me since she does not know my finances or the fact that I am not paying for my phone myself. To make matters worse, her office was not prompt about refunding me when I decided against the treatment she recommended, and the receptionist tried to pressure me into moving forward with the treatment twice over the phone as I was trying to cancel it. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this office.

Highly recommended, The best dental care I have ever experienced! The team is always very professional, courteous and friendly every visit. That's why I don't mind the 45 min drive from Stockton, CA in order to get the professional care or Dr. Yu and the office...

Start off, Dr. Yu is great. Her staff is very friendly and professional. They took care of my son and daughter who are 7 and 4 without any issues. Both my children were scared of the dentist but Dr. Yu made them feel so comfortable. My wife and I both go to her as well and every time we've have gone to Dr Yu, her and her staff have taken care of very well. I highly recommend her to my friends and family when searching for a dentist.

I can't say enough about how great the staff at YU SMILE DENTAL is, especially Dr. Claudine Yu. She is so gentle and caring unlike the dentist I had before. If you are looking for a fabulous dentist you need not look any further.

New patient to establishment with Ms. Yu and her staff. Nothing but amazing things to say about this place! Starting off with the professionalism within. The staff was great everyone was so helpful in assisting me with my needs. It was my first time utilizing both of my insurances together and the reception staff was able to square me away quickly! During my appointment Ms. Yu noticed something that was urgent and fixed me up! Ms. Yu was jumping in between other appointments with out taking a break to make sure I was all good to go and healthy offered me multiple options of which route to go and very informative throughout the process. Along the side of her was Ms. Margerie and Another female staff member who I can't remember. Ms. Margerie was the absolute kindest! Answering all my random questions I had and providing me a little snack while I waited. It's all the little things that I greatly appreciate! I look forward to coming here for the future!
