The lady's upfront that answer the phone were super rude and so unprofessional. I called bc it said they were covered under my insurance a year later they just told me I owe 500 dollars... so they lied this place is a scam go literally anywhere else

Office is clean and kid friendly. Check in was easy and we only waited about 5 min before my daughter was called back for her appointment. Office staff is very friendly and professional. My daughter loved the dentist and other staff that assisted with her cleaning and exam. I'm very pleased with this dentist!

Facilities and professional staff seem very nice. Unfortunately the receptionist staff don't seem to have any respect for the parents time. Extremely frustrating that after filling out all the new patient paper work at home with a packet that was available on their web site they insisted it be hand filled out again at the office. Because of a date stamp they printed at the top of the forms the day of the visit. As a foster parent I deal with a lot of doctor and specialist and dentist and counseling visits and to have to refill forms at every visit is extremely frustrating. Some of information on some children I don't have with me and since they are in temporary custody I take the time to look it up and complete forms ahead of time. To have to redo forms over and over is just an added frustration that any parent should not have to do. I can just imagine how parents with several children feel. We try to cooperate and get them the healthcare they need but the healthcare workers don't have any respect for our time. Believe me the PDFs I completed at home were much easier to read than the hand written forms done on a clip board in my lap. If you don't want parents to fill out the forms ahead of time, don't make them available. If you want to help the parents instruct the staff how to respect and handle paperwork that was already done . This isn't just a problem at this office it seems to be getting increasingly worse. Also being asked to complete new forms ever 6-12 months is sad. When instead they could just ask if any information has changed.

Had an appointment for 1/4/21 at three PM. Took off work early, drive from over 30 minutes away just to find out there is no dentist at the practice!! Doors were locked and only one person on staff at the desk. We never received a call to cancel the appointment. They claimed to have called and left a voicemail on a number that doesn't have voicemail set up. They will be closed before long if they don't have a dentist!

I have always had a good experience with this dentist since I was a kid. However, recently I have filled out my information there twice, for an update and neither times did they correct the information on the account. They've gotten my address wrong, they keep putting my mom as my guardian when I am an adult and married now and again, have changed this information multiple times on my end. They keep getting phone numbers wrong and they had my moms birthday as 1-1-1900 and everything about that is wrong. I don't even know where they got that from when her information has been in the account since I was a kid. But again, I've updated it twice now and have made it to where I don't have my mom on there and yet, they still have her on as a guardian. They've put my spouse and his mom as someone who also goes to this dentist and they never have. This leaves me thinking I that I waste my time filling out the paperwork that they're not gonna read or change. They just take the information and run with it. From my experience, anyhow. Otherwise, my experience from here is great. They always treat my teeth with good care.

Terrible customer service. They called in the wrong prescription for my 4 yr old and wont respond to my messages. They were also very rude to my other child who was with me. Worst dental experience ever

This use to be a good place but now it's going down hill the receptionist are very rude and the exam rooms are unclean nobody should have to go into a room and look at other peoples germs that were thrown in the trash the my concern is with the receptionist they are very rude this place used to be booming but now it's not I don't know where they find the employees but they really need to find better ones who know how to treat patience
