He values working closely with patients other dental providers & specialists to ensure the highest quality of treatment. He is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists.

Dr. Lomboy believes in providing quality, compassionate, patient-centered care by treating his patients as he would his own family. His philosophy of orthodontic treatment is to provide quality care while building lasting relationships with his patients by working with them to create beautiful smiles.

Although he enjoyed his time on the East coast, Dr. Lomboy was ready for a change of scenery (and weather) and decided to move to Austin, TX following the completion of his orthodontic residency. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring the Lone Star State and everything it has to offer.

Upon arrival in the US, he acquired his US dental degree (DDS) from UCSF (international dentist program) in San Francisco, CA. He then practiced as a general practitioner for close to ten years before joining the UTHSC Memphis dental school prosthodontics program, where he graduated with a masters degree in dental science and a degree in Prosthodontics. He then joined the UAB (Birmingham, AL) Department of restorative sciences as an assistant professor in the division of prosthodontics. After two years of teaching, he decided to move to his current residence in Texas.

Dr. El-Hassan is married to his wife Nada (a rheumatologist) and a father of 4 lovely children. When not working, Dr. El-Hassan enjoys Painting, spending time with his family, and watching his boys play soccer.

Went for a tooth extraction. Everything turned out as should, just took way longer than it has in the past. Very friendly and helpful aids though

Brought my two kids 2 and 4.5 in today. Staff was very patient and kind with my kids running around the waiting room. One of my sons has sensory processing disorder and it can be very overwhelming to have his face and head examined but the dentist and hygienist were very patient, warm, and explained each step before they did it. No tears or interruptions, my son finished the cleaning without issue! Phew! We are so happy with the service here. While they schedule a whole hour per person, it only took 30 minutes to do both kids' cleaning and examination since they were too young to do x-rays. Thank you!

Dr.Davbey and Dr Maxie and the entire staff make a root canal and everything leading up to it and following it pleasant and personal. The office is nothing fancy but the humanity within is the necessary spin that creates an atmosphere no fancy decorator can achieve. Thank you to Nancy as well. Kimber

My appointment was 12pm. I waited for an hour. I told them I have to leave at 1:30pm to go to another doctor's appointment and they told me they can't guarantee that I would be seen by 1:30pm

This place is very unorganized! They never seem to answer the phone. I had an apt at 10 am, got there at 9:40 and by 10 40 I still wasn't called back!!!! I ended up leaving and they asked if I wanted to reschedule. I had to bite my tongue and not say "I def won't be back here, I'll schedule an apt somewhere a little more professional"

I have had various issues with this place. First started when I went for a cleaning, a hour and a half passed and i got XRays but never a cleaning. Final issue was when I called to change my appointment. I changed it to the following week, within the hour, things changed and i needed to modify it again so i called back (again, within the same hour of originally changing it) and the lady on the phone was extremely rude and I was told that this would be the last time they allow a change and I have already moved it too much. Terrible customer service at this place and its just not worth going to.

Today my daughter had appointment at 9:15am. I had came in earlier to see if there was any paper work I needed to fill out. When I walked in only one person was in the front. This women asked for the information and told me I was checked in. I sat down and she started yelling across the room that she couldn't verity my child insurance. I told her when my appointment was made the women who took my information had told me everything was verified. When I relayed this to her she got upset and said will it's wrong. I told her let me see if I can log in online and get her the information again. When I asked how this error even accorded she got louder and said will I didn't do this so I don't know. I then asked what date of birth she had she said 4/15 I advised that was incorrect . I gave her the correct date of birth. She then kept talking over me when I would have any question. Then she says do you want your daughter to be seen or not. I advised her she didn't have to speak to me that way. I asked for a manager she said she was a manager. I told her then I need to speak to someone else above her. She refused to give me a manager name or number. A women then walks in and mind you I'm still in the front she yells to the women and checks her in while I'm asking for a manager information. She then says i will email it I said no im here now you can give it to me. She got up her desk and walked to the back leaving the lobby alone. Then comes back to get her phone. Then leaves again. When I asked again for the information she ignored me. I called Taylor total dental where I previously use to go to but sadly had to leave there because I moved. They gave me manager's information with no issues and even schedule my daughter to be seen. I never have had a bad experience with Taylor total dental and I been with them for 10 plus years. Nancy needs more customer service training and after reading reviews on here about her I'm suprised the company allows her to treat people this way. I called her manager at 9:30am left a voicemail message. It's now 12pm no return call yet. If I can't get a call I think corporate needs to hear about this.

If I could give this place Zero stars I would! I went in for a visit and was I there for 2 hours and the only thing that was done in those 2 hours were X-rays. The office looks like it is short staffed and very unorganized. I had to leave due to another appointment that I was now running late for and was told that they would email me a treatment plan which I never received. I waited a week or more to see if I would receive the email and nothing! I then called the office and asked for my x-rays to be sent to me because at this point, why would I go back based on what I have experienced so far and was told that I would receive them within 48 hours. Guess what! Still have not received them so I once again tried to reach out and the phone rings once & then beeps and disconnects....I don't know how they are still in business.
