Disrespectful, I have got a phone call day before my appointment with questions if I'll be willing to come a 30 min earlier, because they have an opening. I agreed, made arrangements to pick up kids from school earlier and made shure I'll be 5 min earlier to fill any paperwork . In return I got an hour long wait to just find out it might be more . I understand that there might be some emergencies but there are phones and someone could notify me before that I don't have to rush, i can come later. If I'll be late for my appointment they would cancel it and not see me at all , but if I have to wait for so long with no explanation it's ok? Especially when I booked this appointment 2 months ago . Very disrespectful

If these weren't the only oral surgeons my insurance covered, I would never go back. Expected to have all my wisdom teeth removed in one sitting with laughing gas. No one was thoughtful or thorough enough to discuss the procedure with me before hand, so without show of verbal understanding or consent, I was given Novocain when I was expecting laughing gas. I was also slapped with an unexpected fee of $250 on the spot if I wanted my 2 lower teeth removed even though I was told insurance would completely cover it...that made the experience even more scary. When I started getting anxious, the oral surgeon and nurse completely dismissed my feelings and went ahead with the procedure anyway, even though I was shaking and crying with anxiety.

The dentist jammed the needle in my mouth and was super rough. The tooth he touched I was in excruciating pain for 2 weeks and wound up with abscess. Trying to keep tooth in end whole tooth blew apart. They also messed with my daughters silver crown and she wound up in hospital. Do not go here.

I am a patient in the Hauppauge office of Your Smile Dental. However, I needed to have semi urgent oral surgery, so I contacted the Lindenhurst office. From the moment the receptionist answered the phone, she was very kind, understanding and reassuring. My appt for the oral surgery was 6/21/22. I walked in and everyone from the Receptionist to the X-ray tech, to the hygienist and the Oral Surgeon, were so kind. I laid in the chair, absolutely terrified because, well, most people have a fear of the dentist and/or pain from procedures. Dr Cohen made me feel comfortable and understood. He is an incredible oral surgeon. He numbed each tooth area twice and I did not feel ONE thing after that. I had 14 top teeth removed due to autoimmune disease. Dr Cohen did not judge me for even one second. When he was done stitching and cleaning up, I turned to him and said "You're amazing!" and without missing a beat, he said "No, YOU'RE amazing." Dr Cohen is a magician moonlighting as an oral surgeon lol. I say this because now, just 2 days into my healing, my pain level has been a 3 out of 10 at the HIGHEST. Thank you to everyone at Your Smile. I'll see you all again soon.

Today I had to get a tooth extraction with a teeth implant consult. It is always nerve-racking when it is time to visit the dentist. This dental office can be seen from a vehicle moving in regular traffic. There is plenty of parking and reserved parking for wheelchair-accessible cars, and the office has wheelchair accessible entrance. The check-in was a breeze today, quick and hassle-free. My tooth extraction was performed by Dr. Cohen (oral surgeon). Dr. Cohen took the time to explain the procedures and promised that I would not feel any pain. The surgery was quick and painless, a promise fulfilled. Even though half my face was numb, I struggled to compliment Dr. Cohen on the fantastic job he performed. Unfortunately, I had to do the extraction today to prevent further damage to my tooth. The tooth had a huge hole, the nerves were exposed, and the abscess was starting to accumulate, which would have been detrimental in the long run. The office is well lit with a large waiting area and sufficient chairs for patients. There is a restroom for patients. Masks, face covering, and social distancing were optional. However, many of the patients and staff wore face-covering to keep safe. Would gladly recommend the dental office for all oral hygiene needs. My medical benefits are exceptional. However, the copay was extensive. So check with the office to confirm prices. Ensure that what is needed is covered by HMOs, PPOs, and other(s).

Excellent, friendly staff.. Helpful with insurance and questions. I never seem to wait long, a 2pm appointment and Im in the chair by 215. Only suggestion would be if the Doctors offer "Nitrous Oxide" for dental procedures. They unfortunately do not.But they are really great

Katelin the hygienist is fantastic! She is gentle but does a great job. She cares about how I am doing during the cleaning. I love that she does the cleaning manually, without the water shooting device.
