Dr. Bergquist was born in Pelican Rapids, a small town in central Minnesota. He received his bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Minnesota, and went to dental school at Nova Southeastern University. For 20 years, Dr. Bergquist has been practicing dentistry following the golden rule. Happily married with three kids and two dogs, he is still waiting for the Minnesota Vikings to win a Super Bowl. Cool fact: Before he was 'Dr. Bergquist,' he worked for Land O ' Lakes making the cheese that tops Doritos!
With a focus on helping his patients achieve optimal oral and gum health, Dr. Chris is dedicated to treating his patients like family and making every trip to the dentist as fun and enjoyable as possible. He performs a variety of treatments and procedures, including root canal therapy, full mouth extractions, veneers, composite fillings, dental implants, bone grafts and more, and compassionately delivers quality care thats tailored to each patients needs.
Before attaining his DMD degree from Philadelphias Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry in 2017, Dr. Chris served as a dental hygienist for two years, receiving an accelerated bachelors degree in Dental Hygiene from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.

The staff and Dr. always make me feel welcoming and comfortable. They never talk down to me and include me in all decisions. I've never been embarrassed because of the condition of my teeth, which has happened at other dentist offices. I would recommend this office to family and friends when you need teeth care.

Unfortunately, losing Reagan was detrimental to your practice. My experience yesterday with Jose has led me to search for another dentist. Jose is not a people person, he needs to lighten up on his advise, it is condescending to grown adults

Came for my check up, x-rays and teeth cleaning. all went like a breeze. The assistant I am not sure if his name is Jose but in any case it's my second time with him. I most say he's very careful not to hurts you and he does his job pretty well. Very pleased with the outcome once again. Thank you

Money hunger Dental Office. Stay away from them. They have a new office manager and let me tell you, they are greedy. They would find you things that you would never imagine. They will convince you that you need a deep cleaning every 3 months, and that is not just for a few months, it would be, according to them, for ever!. This is not covered by your insurance (thousands of dollars) and is not part of your annual dental cleaning. I stared the treatment for 6 months, because I was believing of what they said, and when I said, no more, I am fine with the regular cleaning twice a year, they refuse to do the just regular cleaning because I need the deep cleaning. Why I have to do something that I don't really need it. I was visiting this office for 4 years and now with this new administration, God it is just awful. Now, after a YEAR looking for a good new dentist, they said I do not have the need to have such a treatment. Stay away.

After my recent appointment I do not believe the staff or either doctor cares about my well being or needs. I was told that they will no longer fill my chipped tooth and if I wanted my tooth corrected that they would only consider a crown or veneer. After going back and forth they recanted their statement and said they would do fills in the future if I need them. This was after being highly rude to me and making me feel completely uncomfortable. The admin. stated I'm being non compliant of the treatment plan the doctor gave me. However, a veneer was never a part of my "treatment plan" until I personally made a cosmetic consultant months ago with the doctor to discuss the potential of getting a veneer. The doctor initially didn't even like the option of a veneer due to color matching being difficult. After examining my teeth I ended up being a match with one of the shades. He then quoted me $1,500 for one tooth, so I ended up deciding against that option until Im able to afford it. The practice was aware that I could not afford it but continued to push it on me each time I came to the practice. All in all this recent visit left me crying in my car due to how I was treated. Everyones experience will be different but for me they portrayed themselves as bullies that care more about forcing me to spend money I don't have instead of offering care I can afford. I do not intend on returning and will be cancelling all future appointments once I build up the courage to call them.

This place is straight up dishonest. I went there and they told me I needed 5 fillings and a special "deep cleaning" for a total of $2000 worth of work. I got a second opinion a few days later at a different dentist and it turns out I don't actually have an ANY cavities. Just two spots to keep an eye on. A normal cleaning is all I need. Do not go there. In addition, all of a sudden, I have "very bad bone loss", a diagnosis the new dentist totally disagreed with. UPDATE: it's been over one year since I had this bad experience at this dentist. Wanted to update this with my latest dentist visit results. I still only have 2 watch areas and my gums are just fine (as opposed to my heavily decayed gum line and 5 cavities diagnosed at "your family dental"). I've had no tooth pain and everything is going well.
