With several years of experience in dentistry, Dr. Gondara says the best aspect of her job is that each day brings new opportunities for growth and learning. She enjoys getting to know each patients unique story and firmly believes in providing the highest level of care through preventive and conservative dentistry. Her attention to detail and genuine care for patients is what really sets her apart.
Dr. Gondara has a diverse educational background with a bachelors in electrical engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo, which she earned before completing her dental education at the Western University of Health Sciences. A member of the American Dental Association and the State of California Dental Association, Dr. Gondara is known for her continuing quest to learn about dentistry and new techniques. In her free time, Dr. Gondara enjoys hiking, cooking, and spending time with her husband and two children.
Dr. DiPonziano performs many of the implant laboratory procedures himself, and is well versed in all aspects of the implant treatment picture from the laboratory planning phase, to surgery and prosthetic restoration.
He is a Diplomate of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, a credentialed member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, a Master in both the Academy of General Dentistry and the American Academy of Implant Prosthodontics, and a Fellow of the American College of Dentists.
He served as President of the New Jersey Academy of General Dentistry in 2003, and Chaired the AGD Implantology Task Force, which formulated universal educational guidelines for implant training in 2009.

After school Dr. Constant moved back to California to fulfill her dream of one day practicing with her father, Dr. David Constant, who has been an Orthodontist in Cupertino and Palo Alto for over 30 years.
Dr. Megan enjoys spending time with her husband, a local firefighter, and daughter Olivia. She and her husband love cooking, adventuring outside with their daughter and traveling to the beaches of Hawaii for their annual trip with their families.
Dr. Nam enjoys sharing and educating his professional knowledge in Periodontics and Implantology with his patients and dental colleagues. Dr. Nams top priority is to provide ethical patient care based on evidence-based research and the most up-to-date technology. Dr. Nam performs his implant treatments with digital dentistry, which involves minimally invasive 3D planning of ideal implant placement. Furthermore, he continues to enrich his knowledge in his professional field by taking continuing education courses every year.
Dr. Nam received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from University of California, San Francisco. Then he received his periodontics and implantology training and masters at Stony Brook University in New York.
He is a member of the American Academy of Periodontology, International Journal of Periodontics and Restorative Dentistry, International Association of Dental Research, American Dental Association, and California Dental Association.
Paulina works closely with Doctor Gondara to ensure dental patients understand treatment itself and why its needed. Organization and exceptional communication skills with a positive attitude is her greatest attribute It is within her pride to ensure and support Your Dentistry team as well as prioritizing patient health and satisfaction. Paulina is a current resident of Monterey Bay are and has worked in the Dental field for the last fifteen years. This experience gave her a deep appreciation for the dental field by providing love and knowledge to the daily work.
She is a mother of two lovely children one being four years old and soon to attend pre-school, and one on the way. She loves spending time with the family and taking long drives along the bay and traveling.
Debbie has been a Dental Hygienist for 21 years. Being passionate about oral health, Debbie takes pride in educating all of her patients. She strives to give the absolute best care to everyone she sees. Debbie has more than 25 years in the dental field. Prior to being a hygienist, she was a registered dental assistant. Dentistry has been a vital part of her life. She has resided in Morgan Hill for 40 years, with her husband, three children and two grandchildren.
Nicole has over 20 years of assisting experience working in different dental fields such as general, endodontic, periodontics, oral surgery and cosmetic dentistry. Her highest priority is patient care. She likes her patients to feel comfortable and relaxed during dental treatment. Nicole, feel successful when patients leave happy and smiling. Besides work, she enjoy outdoor activities especially value quality time with her husband and children.
With 15 years experience in dentistry, Veronica says the best part of being a dental assistant is making patients smile. She is a registered dental assistant and is originally from Salinas. Married with three children, Veronica enjoys going to the beach, hiking, and spending time with her family when she is not at the office.

DR. GONDARA AND HER TEAM IS TRULY THE BEST!!! The motto of this office is "quality not quantity" and the office exceeded my expectations in this regard. I have been through my share of dentists. None as good as Dr. Gondara: extremely knowledgeable and thorough in her skill! I drive an hour each way because her office is the best.She is above all honest and tells you clearly what needs to be done: No over diagnosis as I had experienced in other offices. No extra charges or unnecessary add-ons. BTW I loved my new veneers.... beautiful and natural looking.

I can't explain how happy I am with my new smile. It looks absolutely amazing and natural. Dr.G and along with his staff are literally the dream team. When coming into my very first appointment I was welcomed with open arms and all my concerns were addressed. I love my smile makeover. It was so worth it. My advice is do it right here especially when it comes to veneers.

Hands down best Dentist office I've been to in years. I felt like I was at a spa rather than at a dental appointment! Essential oils, friendly staff, soothing music, even down to Netflix for my kids! Very happy I stopped in and will definitely be back!

I started going here after a crown from a different dentist broke after only a year (and many headaches). The staff is extremely friendly and the hygienist is top notch. I've never had a problem with the crown she replaced. I would highly recommend Your Dentistry to anyone looking for a great dentist and staff.

I'm traveling for extended periods of time for work and they got me a next day appointment and stayed late to get everything done (which included multiple cavities and a deep cleaning). Very modern dentist office and super nice staff! Wish I was permanently in the area so I could go there for all my dentist needs!

I like this place has individual room for each person to clean the teeth. They are doing teeth cleaning manually instead of machine which i like the most. Employees are all friendly and will be back again.

Best Dentistry. I had a pain free implant. Dr Harsirat is very nice and make it a point to explain the whole procedure in detail. They have state of art equipment. Very professional and efficient staff who follow up with you through text messages. Very Hygienic and affordable.

Last week I took my 3 kids to get their cleaning and examination. I was very happy with Dr. Gondara and the hygienist Debbie. My kids have never felt so comfortable getting their teeth cleaned. My daughters loved how they were asked their options of choosing the different aroma therapy, warm blankets, and Netflix channel. This was something so new to my family coming to a dental clinic and receiving this kind of service. My son was so happy leaving with balloons at the end of his visit. For the first time my kids are excited about getting their next 6 month cleaning. Moreover, as a parent I truly appreciated the thoroughness of the cleaning and time spent with each of my kids. We did not feel rushed and all of my questions and concerns were genuinely heard and answered. I recommend all my friends and family to take their family to Dr. Gondara.

State of art facility with a spa like feeling. Amazingly relaxing dental experience viewing Netflix in a blanket with lavender oils while a hygenist cleaned my teeth with care. I would any day pick this place over the old style dental clinic.

I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Gondara and her staff! She and her staff are very friendly and professional! Her team was great and she did a great job explaining everything that she was doing and listening to what I had to say. When I first walked-in I was very impressed with the office itself! It is one of a kind, very new and state of the art. I have never seen a dental clinic so clean, so fresh, so advanced, and so high tech. Let me first start off by saying that Dr. Gondara and the dental hygienist were exceptional! She was very thorough & explained all the procedures and answered all my questions. My treatment was smooth with no discomfort before and after the treatment. And the best part was that I didn't feel the injection needle at all. The dental hygienist took her time educating me and cleaned my teeth thoroughly. For the first time at a dental clinic I didn't feel rushed. Also very pleased with my fills, they look so natural! What was even more impressive and unique about this dental clinic was the pampering package that was inclusive of the visit, which included warm blankets, aroma therapy, calming music, and Netflix. As a very busy working mother of 3 children, this was truly what I needed. I was surprised and delighted to experience this kind of top notch service. For the first time I look forward to my 6 month cleaning visits. They are great about working with my busy schedule and they always follow up with sincerity and thoughtfulness after my and my family's procedures. I greatly recommend working with Dr. Harsirat Gondara! I can honestly say that I have never experienced this kind of service prior to coming to Your Dentistry. I would highly recommend this dental clinic to all my friends & family!
