One of the worst cleaning and impersonal experiences. Was in and out within 25 min. She nicked me multiple times and said she had to go deep below the gum. Ummmm those were nicks sweetly bc they were on top of the gum and at random spots. Didn't see the dentist at all. Definitely not going back.

If you want and need to get back on track and keep your teeth healthy..Youngsville Dental Care is the place to go..................................................................I suffer from Severe P.T.S.D, anxiety & depression/ insomnia. I felt very comfortable at Youngsville Dental Care. Amazing Dentist! No one here was negatively judgemental about my teeth; So never be embarrased to see Dr. Laura;...Really bad infections having to do with your teeth can cause brain damage/infection. Dr Laura is an expert! I felt really comfortable being here. Thanks to everyone. Thank you Dr. Laura Gerace, Dr. Nguyen, Ms. Brittney, Ms. Jazz, Ms. Andie & Ms. Tracey & Mr. Tyler at front desk including; the ENTIRE team. This is the place to go to if you want an experienced dentist working on your teeth. The office is by far the cleanest dentist office that I have ever been in. Extremely Professional and Highly knowledgable Dentist and Staff in all divisions and positions; answering service included.... After my dental work, I was eating chicken and sausage gumbo 3 days later. Pain free during my visit but not after. I suffered without medication after the dental work was performed ;Tylenol and Ibuprofen didn't agree with my body. "But I was told that they did things differently at their office". I've been seeing a dentist since I was two years old & an orthodontist since seven years old. I was always given antibiotics. I believe that I needed antibiotics due to the infection and my past experience having dental work done. Thanks so much for the great bedside manner at least..-Marcus Comeaux

Was met with an organized friendly staff, dental assistant, and dentist who were able to answer all my questions. A tooth was extracted and hard to get out but the dentist did it in a way that it wasn't as painful as what I've experienced in the past. I also didn't need as much Novocain as I normally do either. Highly recommend.

My first appointment with this dental office for cleaning - I told a staff member not once, but twice, that I did not want x-rays or anything not covered by my dental plan. She assured me twice that I was covered since she had talked to my insurance company. Evidently, I was NOT covered because I was billed for the cleaning, full mouth x-rays and a comprehensive oral exam. There was also a charge added to the bill called "misc. debit adjustment" without explanation. When I asked about this I was told "I don't know what that is". Their office did not verify my eligibility for the services they rendered and they are now trying to force me to pay for their mistake. I was told I would have to sign an appeal to my insurance company or would have to pay what is owed. If the appeal is denied, I would still have to pay. Bottom line, they want me to pay for their inability to secure proper authorization for treatment, especially after I specifically asked that they talk to my insurance company to verify coverage and did not want to pay for services that were not covered. I have been waiting for a call back from the officer manager for almost 2 weeks now.

We made an appointment and paid $186 for five minutes with a super sweet doctor and some X-rays. That's not what was originally planned for or scheduled for but they shooed us out so fast we were so confused and all we have to show for it is embarrassment. When I asked her about his cleaning she looked at his chart And said that he had another appointment scheduled in a month for a full exam with a cleaning which was the appointment that was scheduled in the room while we were doing the exam today and she was swearing no no when you called someone set this appointment up. We explained that the assistant just programmed that appointment and we were just embarrassed to have wasted everyone's time and our money. The doctor is super sweet he is the reason for the stars otherwise if you don't have to don't bother yourself with this mess.

My visit today went very well. I was called to the back for my cleaning at the appointment time with no wait. The cleaning went great. Everything i needed to know was explained to me during the process. I experienced no pain and very little discomfort. I left with a huge smile on my face.

They couldn't use the phone to verify my insurance, then they kicked me out with no treatment however they that I have a broken tooth that has to be fixed before anything, but instead they came up with a reason that I have to check if I need a root canal first for different teeth other than the broken one that they could easily fixed. Money comes first, before you go there make sure that you called your insurance, have your insurance member ID, have your insurance group ID, and call the insurance company from your phone to assure them that you are covered -it took me only two minutes to do so-, or better pay them in cash, only then you may have a treatment for your emergency.
