The best part of my profession is seeing that smile when the braces come off and knowing that I am able to make a difference in peoples lives. My motivation to become an orthodontist began at age 11 when my dentist had referred me to an orthodontist. My eye teeth looked like fangs, but after two years of orthodontic treatment, they were straight. I was not only happy to have a nice smile, but also was determined to make people proud of their smiles.
My wife, Blythe, and I have three wonderful children whom we are very proud of. Allysia has her masters degree in Architecture from the University of Illinois. She and her husband Matt have a daughter, Alexandria, and a son, River. Erick has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master of Science degree in Biology from DePaul University Chicago. He and his wife Krissy have a son, Kole. Jaymie has his Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has his Masters in Health Systems Management from Rush University in Chicago, IL. When Im not in the office or spending time with my family, I enjoy sailing, skiing, scuba diving, boating, ice boating and playing golf.
Dave was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. While in his orthodontic residency, he met his wife, Julia, who is currently practicing as a general dentist in Elkhorn, Wisconsin. Dave and Julia have two daughters Isla and Frances and two pugs Abe and Artie all of which enjoy waking up Dr. Kennedy way too early. When not playing with his daughters, Dave enjoys playing golf and tennis Dave is an avid tennis player, winning two WIAA state team championships while attending Marquette High School. Dr. Kennedy is a lifelong learner, completing his ABO certification in 2019 and constantly trying to improve YK Orthodontics.

I got Invisalign and loved my experience here. Both orthodontists were great but I worked with Dr. Kennedy more and he was awesome! The office staff was so friendly! I'd highly recommend it here. 5 stars!!

Our experience with Youngquist Kennedy Orthodontist has been nothing but positive! They were very patient with my daughters teeth and worked with natural process vs going in and pulling teeth. Always very kind and kept us well informed of each step in the process. Very clean and professional office!

Mr youngquist and his entire crew are absolutely amazing!! So very helpful throughout the entire process, friendly and happy to assist. The building is beautiful and kept very clean, the atmosphere is very inviting and comforting. We will forever recommend youngquist orthodontist to all who need them. My win sons have both needed braces and have had an excellent experience with them. Thank you all!!

As a professional adult I was not sure what to expect going in. From the free consultation, all the way to getting my braces removed, the entire experience was 5 star! All the staff was incredibly professional, knowledgable, and caring. I felt very well taken care of every step of the way. I highly recommend Youngquist Kennedy Orthodontics!

We've had the absolute greatest experience. Everyone we interacted with was kind, friendly and fun. My daughter gets quite anxious and at each appointment they took their time and explained what they were doing so she knew what to expect. The office is bright & sunny and so are the Doctors and all of the staff! 10/10!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE and beautiful office with the friendliest staff. They were extremely helpful in finding me an appointment that worked with my busy schedule and upon arrival, we're so welcoming. The office is very open with tons of natural light which made me feel like I was at a spa, not the orthodontist which helped to calm my nerves. The dental tech was very friendly and also really welcoming. It was a short wait before Dr. Dave introduced himself and started the consult. He was able to fix my issue quickly, painlessly and offered some options for the future. He was never pushy, just gave me some newer technology / methodology options for improved comfort while keeping my straight smile. Love this place and highly recommend it. Honest, friendly people and an office with a great view!

I give them 5 stars but they deserve many more. Very very friendly, the dentists know how to get the job done. They are funny, knowledgeable, and great at making everyone feel comfortable. The hygienists are so nice and keep you updated with every step of the braces process. The office staff answer all your questions. They greet you with their smiles and direct you with the tomorrow respect for the patients. Thank you to everyone and our son's teeth look amazing. We will definitely recommend you guys.

We were in Lake Geneva on vacation when my son's braces were suddenly poking him. He was in a lot of pain and the office very graciously took us at the last minute and took care of him very quickly. We were appreciative of them accommodating us and taking care of the problem so quickly! Not to mention that everyone there was friendly and at the office was very comfortable.

Everyone at YK Ortho is amazing! From Katie at the front desk to everyone in the back that keep things moving so smoothly. Dr. Kennedy and Dr. Youngquist make us feel like family every time we come in. My kids have the most beautiful smiles thanks to these amazing people!
