Worst dentist ever I called explaining to the receptionist Kristy regarding tooth pain my child was having the first available was not for another 2 weeks out. I asked Kristy what the protocol is if a patient has tooth pain, she advises to either give them Tylenol or Motrin and I advised her that isn't working she also explained to me well you will need to call your insurance for a new dentist. I have worked at a dentist office before and never have I ever heard anything about that before. Normally if your child is experiencing tooth pain, they will try to get you in as quickly as possible to do x rays and exam the tooth. She also said well we don't have the manpower to get a patient in just because you called the same day. No, we are not new patient yes, her attitude was trash.

I was apprehensive about this office due to reviews but I'm so glad I gave them a try. My 7 yr old had a great experience. All staff I encountered was sweet and professional. After her cleaning and exam Dr. Jackson spoke with me and answered any questions I had.

I called to tell them my child was in pain and they didn't care and scheduled it for 3 weeks out and I told them we couldn't make it for that day so they were like you will have to wait until June!!! He is not a new patient so I feel like they didn't care to help my son out at all, after I begged them to get in sooner... I will be looking for another dentist. As well I had previous appointments and they take forever to admit you in so You will be waiting for a long period of time.

We've been coming here for a few years now and it's always a positive experience for us. My youngest daughter has sensory issues and was a major handful in the beginning, but Dr. Jackson and the hygienists have always been so patient and kind with her. Both my kids love coming here. Everyone is so friendly and good with the kids. Dr. Jackson is highly professional and always takes the time to answer any questions I have. He's great with the kids and takes the best care with us. I highly recommend this practice!

Started coming here when the kids were like 5. So 6 plus years. Every visit gets worse and worse. This visit we show up 20mins early, are told to wait outside and have mask on inside, of course I protested my children wearing mask,. They required mask and yet could not provide mask. I walked next door and got mask and upon return we waited 20 mins at their front door before I finally called and found out they pulled our appointment for leaving when the front desk told me to go purchase mask

I highly recommend, Dr. Kevin Jackson was extremely professional, he answered every single question I had.The Staff was amazing and made us feel welcomed. The facility was clean and child friendly. I didn't experience any dramatic wait times nor did I notice that with any other patients. My children loved it especially the cool prizes they got at the end. We have found our home dentistry with these guys.

The receptionist (Christy)is rude and aggressive...she acts as if she owns the business. I'm pretty sure she signs the back of her check ...which means she is must just a receptionist.

Took my daughter here 3 years ago if they use their "giggle juice" still ask if the dr ever got licensed or request one of the 2 days a month they have someone lisanced there for anesthesiology cause before the dr was in school for it and when i asked after the waighed my daughter 2 weeks prior to her procedure. "What kind of giggle juice is this i never herd of this?" They told me " oh its just a mix of stuff we don't know what he will use till the day he mixes it we will re weigh her so he can deside what to use" on top of that we would segual an apptmemt for when she wakes up in the morning so she was fresh and happy and we went in for her apptment and was told they had moved her apptment to 2 hrs prior disregarding my apptment card i brought in when they said they never made it for that time

The WORST dentist I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with! Arrived early for our appointment only to find out that they were running behind. No courtesy call to let us know that we could take our time getting there or anything and it took HOURS before we got our child seen. Mind you that our son hadn't eaten anything since midnight the night before and we were well over 12 hours before he was seen! I will NEVER, and I mean NEVER use this poor, pathetic excuse for a dentist as long as the sun rises in the east and sets in the west. If you are unfortunate enough to have an appointment with these "professionals" I HIGHLY suggest that you cancel and immediately find another dentist for your child. Save yourself and your family this headache!!!
