We offer restorative and preventative procedures that include: sealants, fillings, crowns, fluoride, space maintainers, night guards, and routine exams. We can complete treatment in our office with nitrous oxide and a gentle touch or, if needed, we also office hospital dentistry where treatment is completed under general anesthesia.

ABSOLUTELY one of the best dental offices my kids have ever been to! We started bringing the kids a few years back and made the drive from Beckley! Definitely worth it. They are all so PATIENT and KIND, especially with my babies! I have never had a bad experience with them. The girls get excited to go!

Both Dr. Kendra and Dr. Jarrell are very nice and respectful. They actually take the time to explain things and present you with the best course of action. They genuinely care and we couldn't be more thankful. My boys refuse to go to any other dentist. We love it at Young Smiles, hands down the best.

Love Dr Martin, both her and her husband! She has done dental surgery on 2 of my kids now and both times she was precise, and detailed with post op instructions, so nice ! Just can't say enough about her and her staff

I walked in there with my two little girls, 3 and 1, knowing it might not go so well. Every parent worries about the way people will treat you when your child is throwing a tantrum but they were outstanding. They listened to me, they were patient with my children, they reassured me and my girls that everything was okay. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The only downside, which comes with any office, is that their wait time is unpredictable. I've waited an hour and I've waited 10 minutes. I would wait an hour here though because that's how welcome I felt. Thank you!!!!

Hands down the best pediatric dental experience. Dr. Kendra and Rick Martin and their entire staff are incredible. They are knowledgeable, caring, and patient. Not only is the entire staff great, they also have an adorable dog named Tucker to help calm the fears of little ones. I would recommend Young Smiles to anyone looking for high quality and compassionate dentists to care for your child.

Dr. Kendra was amazing. I am very please with the care she gave my son during his dental surgery last week. She went over exactly what she did during the procedure and went over the discharge orders herself. She even gave a cell phone number in the event of any questions. She was very thorough and I was very pleased. My son is a different person now that she has his dental care stable. Would highly recommend Young Smiles!

We had to get our two year old grandson in for a check up since this is his first time. We were able to an appointment right away. The Martins did a phenomenal job w keeping this little guy from biting a nub off checked his teeth Staff and Kendra were very patient. I would recommend this practice to anyone w kids.

We switched to Young Smiles from a different pediatric dentist and we couldn't be happier with our decision. I have 3 children and all of the staff are amazing with my children.
