Dr. Lisa M. Jordan started this family practice here in Windsor in 1993. She enjoys helping her patients improve their health, appearance and self esteem by creating the smile of their dreams! Her goal is to provide every patient with the tools they need to maintain a healthy smile for a lifetime.

The focus of dentistry is changing. We are more than 'tooth doctors' that are filling holes! The links between oral health and heart disease and diabetes have been well documented. Dr. Jordan and her team educate their patients in how to maintain a healthy mouth as one step in maintaining a healthy body.

Our office is equipped with such state of the art equipment as digital x-rays, intraoral cameras, and a variety of bleaching options. We also offer the Velscope oral cancer screening system and are an authorized provider of the Under Armour Performance Mouthguards.

Dr. Lisa M. Jordan grew up in nearby Windsor Locks. She received her bachelor of science degree in biology at Siena College in 1984. She earned her DDS at Georgetown University School of Dentistry in 1988. She and her husband, Dr. Young, bought this practice in 1993 and moved to Windsor to raise their family.

In her free time, Dr. Jordan loves to read and make scrapbooks of all the great travel adventures that her 'cruise director', Dr. Young, plans for them. She loves living in Windsor and being a part of the close knit community.

I have been a dental assistant for twenty years. Throughout this time I discovered my passions in the dental field has branched out tremendously, and for the past three years I have proudly held the role as Office Manager. What I love most about what I do are the relationships I build with patients; in all of my time in the practice I have built many! Our patients truly become extended family, and I am fulfilled each day knowing I treat patients how I would treat those dearest to me. Outside of the office, I love to spend time with my husband and two beautiful daughters. Both of my daughters participate in sports that keep us busy throughout the year! We enjoy camping with great friends in the summer, and ski trips in the winter. Here is to many more years of creating smiles!

I joined Dr. Jordan's team in 2003. I have been in the dental field for over 40 years. I love the interaction with patients. I enjoy my family especially my 19 grandchildren and great grandchildren. I also enjoy playing golf.

I graduated from Tunxis Community College in 2018 as a Certified Dental Assistant. I Joined Jordan & Young Dental soon after graduation. I have a passion for helping others and I love being able to give patients a reason to smile! When I'm not in the office, I enjoy spending time outdoors going on hikes with my fiance and my two dogs.

Nicole graduated from the University of New Haven in 2013 with her bachelors in Dental Hygiene. While completing her degree, Nicole was honored to be chosen for two trips to Cherokee, North Carolina to provide free, necessary dental care to members of the Cherokee Nation living within the Qualla Boundary. Over the past several years, Nicole has attended countless continuing education courses to supplement her knowledge in a variety of aspects of dental care. Her favorite areas of education and study include sleep apnea screening, the oral and systemic health connection, and public health.

Growing up in Windsor Locks and having spent nearly 10 years in the Windsor Fife and Drum Corps, Nicole is excited to run into familiar faces at Jordan Dental Health! When she is not at the office, Nicole is usually planning her next international trip (most likely to Scotland) or having fun with her friends and family.
