Im a Colorado native and part of a big family with sixteen nieces and nephews. Ive always been around kids and love that I get to work with them. In my free time, I like to be outside whether Im hiking, camping, paddleboarding, or just admiring a view. Colorado sports are huge for me since I was born in Denver. So if Im inside, Im usually watching the Broncos, Avalanche, Rockies, or Nuggets. I only began working in dentistry a couple of years ago but Ive always loved the dentist, ever since I was little. My mom took me to an amazing pediatric office where I always had fun. Im happy to be working at a similar place, helping kids with their smiles!
Hello! My name is Jan Hartman and I work in the billing department. Having attended Thornton High School and Colorado College of Medical and Dental Careers, I currently live in Broomfield. I have 4 daughters and 3 stepsons and with 14 grandchildren its like the Brady Bunch! My favorite things are spending quality time with my family and outdoor activities such as camping and fishing.
I was born and raised in Colorado. My family is originally from Afghanistan and I speak fluent Dari. During the summer we have family picnics, which I love. In my free time, I like to work out and love my dinner dates with Tori! I attended the PIMA Institute in 2008 and have been a pediatric dental assistant since I graduated!
Tori has been a valued dental assistant at YDFC since 2019. Tori grew up in Denver with her parents and two older sisters. She loves dogs and playing outdoors with her Frenchie, Malia. Tori graduated from the Dental Assisting program at PIMA and has found her joy in treating children. Outside the office, Tori loves her friends, game nights with her family, painting, and treating herself to mani/pedicures! She also likes collecting candles and traveling to the beach whenever she can! We are so fortunate to have Tori on the YDFC team!

Young Dentistry is top notch. Dr. Decker has been taking care of all three of my daughters' teeth for years. She is quick to spot an issue and refer to excellent docs when it's a specialized problem. I feel completely confident in her ability, not to mention that she is so caring and wonderful! She's the absolute best!

We have been seeing Dr Decker for nearly 13 years - she is absolutely WONDERFUL! Very friendly staff keeps our kids feeling at ease through the whole visit, and Dr Decker explains any concerns or recommendations very clearly, both to me and the kids so they can take part in their dental health. From regular check ups, to injuries, to extractions, we've only ever had very positive experiences. Highly recommend Young Dentistry!

Everyone at the office today was so sweet and patient with my daughter! She is a bit nervous and anxious when it comes to going to the dentist and today she started out a bit anxious but by the end of her appointment she was so excited to be there!

The atmosphere was very nice and inviting for my 2 year old. The staff and Dr. Decker were very friendly and welcoming. I appreciate the time the staff and Dr. Decker took to get to know my daughter and her needs. Overall we had a great experience and I can't thank them enough! Great experience overall! My husband and I took our 3 month old to be evaluated for a tongue/cheek tie. The front desk team was very welcoming and clearly explained what to expect during our appointment. The doctor was very thorough and took the time to talk us through her recommendations and our treatment options. I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

We've been seeing Dr. Howe for about 12 years and we've also had the best experience. He will go out if his way to make sure my kids teeth are in good health. He explains the procedures and talks you through what he is doing next.
