Dr. Bradley Young was born and raised in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. In 2011, he moved to Maquoketa and joined the Lechtenberg & Young Dental team. When Dr. Lechtenberg retired in 2019 he began leading the dental practice. He feels very fortunate to be part of both the Young Dental team and the Maquoketa community.
Dr. Youngs calming demeanor, down-to-earth personality, and keen sense of humor make his patients dental experience as pleasant as can be. He takes special care to make sure his patients are as comfortable as possible, and is devoted to educating and communicating with patients to help them maintain healthy smiles. He strives to listen to and gently treat all patients that he has the privilege to care for.
In 2006, Dr. Young received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Iowa. He earned his DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) in 2010 from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry. Dr. Young belongs to several professional organizations including American Dental Association, Iowa Dental Association and Academy of General Dentistry. He is CEREC and Invisalign certified, and is excited to be able to offer these services to his patients. Dr. Young is constantly upgrading his dental knowledge and skills with continuing education courses so he can provide his patients with the latest technology, trends and procedures in the dental field.
Dr. Young currently lives in Maquoketa withhis wife, Marie, and two children Lincoln and Evelyn. When he is not busy nurturing healthy smiles or helping patients, Dr. Young spends some of his time hunting, watching his alma mater win football games, Chicago Cubs baseball, and Chicago Bears football. Other hobbies are fishing, camping, and grilling out. He also enjoys spending time with his wife, family and friends.
