I waited almost a month for my sons appointment, and when we showed up the office was just empty. They're apparently switching locations but nobody thought to call and cancel appointments. Two other mothers with their kiddos showed up in the time I was outside the office calling around to figure out what happened, so I know it wasn't just me they forgot to call. I called their number and left a voicemail asking what I should do and 45 minutes later I got a text saying " Hello, we are unable to see patients still we will be contacting you shortly to reschedule your child's appointment. Thank you Young at Heart La Junta". That was over two weeks ago, and nobody has contacted me still. Very unprofessional

They are very friendly and smile a lot they are very good with my kids and my kid's love coming to this location in la junta. The Receptionist and the staff are very beautiful just saying I highly recommend it; it's a great place..

I received three text messages asking to confirm our appointment. We confirmed and showed up 15 minutes early for appointment. No one was in the office. We even tried to call to confirm where the appointment would be due to the orthodontist appointment on Wednesday was at the new location. No one answered the phone. Very poor customer service.

I called to make an appointment for my son because he was in pain and was asked to come in 2 hours from my call (which was greatly appreciated) when arriving they got us back and seen so fast and everyone was friendly, caring and most importantly they took great care of my son. Best experience I've had in the valley! Highly recommended!!

My son had the absolute best experience at Young at Heart. He actually likes going to the dentist now and always says how nice everyone is there. As a parent, they do a wonderful job making sure the kids are comfortable and explain what's going on in a kid friendly way so they don't get scared. I highly recommend taking any child to this dentist.

The young ladies were the nicest young ladies. It was Jordan's first time and they were so caring. I am so filad I chose to take Jordan to yous. Yous are the best!!!!!! And the dentis was so sweet and gentle with him to. He was also the best I have seen so far!!!!! God bless

I switched my girls dentist from Pueblo to Young at Heart in La Junta and I am so glad that I did! The receptionist, dental assistants, and dentists are amazing, they make the whole process so enjoyable! I would recommend this dentist to everyone!!

They where amazing I took my 2 older kids and my 2 yr old twins they where accommodating and helped me with my twins when they got wild!! Needless to say I will never try to bring my twins without help again that way I don't inconvenience the staff and other patients! All of the staff did an amazing job I'd recommend to everyone that has a kids to use young at heart!
