My daughter has been in braces for over 2 years now. She's done everything they have asked. We have had a very trying experience. From rude staff, to never being able to get in for emergency's, to being treated as if they don't have time to even address concerns. We are seen at the Alamosa branch and I'd highly recommend you go somewhere else. . I am regretting my decision to pay in full, because I desperately want to change facilities at this point. I've had beyond enough of their nasty and unprofessional treatment.

Great, friendly, professional staff. Had braces for 3 years and always had a positive experience each time I went in. Highly recommend.

The Orthodontist that we see here is always friendly and so are the techs, but when it comes to customer service and the reception area, there is no empathy or understanding for anyone. Very rude people who answer the phones and the snide attitudes they give when you call the office is ridiculous. When you are in a health care position there should always be friendly empathetic people. These women who work regularly in the front of the office are rude, sarcastic, and don't care about patients or their patients situations.

Great place I always wanted braces and I hated my smile because if my teeth but I am glad that they answer all ur questions and they even ask you if ur okey when they tighten up the braces

Extremely rude receptionist, very unhelpful and bad atmosphere. Never had such a bad experience at the orthodontist.

The staff here is amazing! They are always friendly, courteous and alway willing to answer questions or go the extra mile to be sure you and/or the patient leave happy. Unfortunately thier leader is not cut from the same cloth. The Orthodontist here is condescending, rude and does not take well to people's questions. I respect that this is his field of expertise but not everyone understands how braces work so of course they will have questions. Everyone makes mistakes and forgets things including experts. Some humility and communication skills could go a long way. My thanks to the rest of staff for being so good at what they do to balance things out.

The staff here is amazing, they are incredibly kind and gentle with their patients and do their best to ensure their patients recieve the best care. They are always accommodating and the appointments are always fast and on time. My kiddo is well on his way to having a beautiful smile thanks to our orthodontist and staff!

This office is great! Everyone is kind and gentle. We never have to wait long. I love that they take a gentle approach. My daughter has had a great experience. She's had her braces a little over a year and actually likes them. Other than some mild discomfort initially, she has never been uncomfortable or in pain. The orthodontist and his team are amazing. Front desk staff are helpful and attentive. I highly recommended this orthodontist and would not hesitate to bring the rest of my kids here if needed. Great job to everyone there!
