The process/filling was good, the office is horrible. My daughter got treatment there, we paid the co pay and told we were good. 60 days later we get a bill for payment which now has late fees on it. I pay the bill, another month later another bill, we call and tell them we paid it, they say they see it and its cleared. 2 weeks later another bill, we call and they tell us its all clear. 2 weeks later another bill notice must pay now, I call and tell me they have no notice of that money paid when I see it on my card as paid. Do not go here unless you want them to bill you late with extra fees and run around when trying to clear it up.

The Dentist are amazing! However the ladies that sit up front need more training. They are confused about appointments and they are scheduling patients on the wrong dates.

Amazing dental office!! Everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly! It was an honor to meet Dr. Young, he has a wonderful personality and works great with the kiddos!

I have not actually been here. My complaint is that they have now tried to reschedule with me 3 times. I had been trying to make an appointment since May and now wasted 3 months simply because they kept having to reschedule our appointment the week before we were set to come in. Very frustrating!

Hygienist and dentist are extremely patient with both of my littles ( 3 & 7). They love coming here and always look forward to the prize from the machine after their appointments!

We had a wonderful experience today at our dental appointment. Everyone was so friendly and caring. Our hygienist Julissa was amazing and caring. Dr. Dali was also so patient and gentle when it came to checking my child's teeth.

I think the dentists are great, but the frustration in dealing with the office in general overrides that at this point. Prior to Covid, on multiple occasions, I had appointments that had been scheduled for months randomly canceled for staff meetings. And then, of course, there were no available appointments in the near future to reschedule. I was also advised that my daughter needed to have a tooth pulled at an appointment. When trying to schedule the appointment, it took MONTHS of calling and leaving messages before I just gave up. I was finally able to schedule the appointment at her next check-up, 6 months later. She had the tooth pulled and it was sent to insurance for reimbursement, but they labeled it as the wrong tooth. When an oral surgeon actually pulled out that tooth, they were not able to get payment from the insurance company because their records showed it was already pulled out. It has now been MONTHS of being the go-to person between the oral surgeon and Y & P to get this resolved because Y & P will not respond to the oral surgeon's office. Y & P has already determined that they made a mistake, but they still have not fixed the error. Unfortunately, the multiple clerical issues have negated the great dentists and hygienist.

The worst dental experience! Took forever. Dr. Dali is great, that was the only reason we went here. But cannot recommend them. Find another dentist.

I love this facility. The only complaint is they stay booked....it takes months to get an appointment for a simple cleaning. The staff is great. The facility is cleaned.

No respect of patient's time. I was scheduled for 9 AM appoinemt for my 2 year old and I been there at 8:45 AM but did not get call for check up till 10 AM. I got excused that technician running 2 hour behind and i have to wait till 11 AM. I noticed that many patients checked in later that me got called and some even finished and left. After waiting over an hour with impatience 2 year old, I had to reschedule for other day at 7 AM (first appointment) so I don't have to take another half day off.

Always friendly and great with my kids. Putting them at ease and making their dentist visit easy and exciting!!! They are making sure I understand what's going on every step of the way and going extra lengths to ensure safety. I love them so much I wish I could come here!!
